Firstly, I strongly disagree with your point that ranks wouldn't change significantly-they absolutely would. I secured an AIR 87X with a score of 86.75. I marked the AR question correctly, but based on the Delhi HC ruling, I would lose a mark, effectively gaining just 0.25 overall, but considering many aspirants are gaining 1.25 marks, I’d actually end up losing ranks. Given that in my rank range, every 0.25 marks affect around 50 students, my ranking would take a considerable hit. Another major factor is that I took a complete drop after getting an AIR 112X last year. The stress of this situation is overwhelming-there's a lot at stake for me. You also mentioned why we didn't go and fight in court, but let’s be realistic: middle-class Indians simply don’t have the mental or financial capacity to take legal battles against institutions like the Consortium. It’s not about willingness-it’s about feasibility. And let’s talk about the Consortium for a second. I genuinely despise them for making such a flawed paper. The margin for drastic rank shifts is absurd-if I had gotten just two more questions right, my AIR would have been in the 450s. That’s not just crazy-it’s beyond insane. As for Aditya Singh, I don’t hate him personally. But every time situations like this arise, people like you say, "We will fight for you." I remember you specifically stating, "I will fight if the Consortium doesn’t make valid changes." But you didn’t. If people with influence and financial backing actually raised their voices, we might have had a real shot at forcing action. Maybe the courts would have expedited the process. But as always, the ones who suffer most are the ones without that privilege.

@TanayJohri Exactly some real hypocrite crap, these so called educators provoke us to fight, to stay tight and when it's actually time to face provocation these dude's hide out in a borrow and watch the show, later giving news about the whole shitshow on RUclips as if we don't have a phone to Google it ourselves.

Sir you are fully right. Petitioner should not be the short end of the frustration of the students. As a student who appeared for clat 2025 i fully support the Petitioner and I am in awe of the strength and courage of Aditya. The only person to blame for the delay in the hearing is the system and supreme court. If the supreme court had taken concrete steps from the start this wouldn't have happened. At this point the consortium and the SC should understand they are playing with student's life. And as future aspiring lawyers we should understand this.

Indian's have sheep herd mentality, I can't understand how these so called future lawyers are going against another person that is actully doing something great. When a person does something out of the box Indians take it on their ego because they could'nt stand for themselves.
I got Rank 128. I too am stuck in ambiguity. Ranks are going to change, not hugely but yeah proportionally. But then what the petitioner is doing is not wrong. He is standing up for himself and for the people who couldn't too to some extent. The consortium had one job of making a sensible paper. They have failed in that. It's high time the consortium stops taking the writers of its exam for granted. Hopefully after this petition and the hustle being created, the consortium might learn its lesson and make a worthwhile paper next time. In fact, we should all unite and try to build some pressure on the courts. Seeing what's happening, the courts are not taking our plight seriously. Look at the NEET case. The courts acted swiftly and in our case, it took 2 weeks to decide a court to club cases. Sir is there any way we can build some pressure and bring CLAT case some lime light??
Sir please understand our point of view.. Aditya's marks are 87 and his rank is 860.. In his petition to the Delhi High Court, he clearly stated that my 5 questions will be corrected and I will reach to 93+ so that I'll get into a top NLU.. I got 88 marks with a rank 671.. And if the Delhi High Court judgement is taken, I will loose one mark because in the analytical question, I did 'data inadequate' which was the best option.. The courts should have considered the fact that when a student is sitting in a examination hall, he can only tick the best available option, he would not think that oh, this question will be removed because it is wrong so I should not do it.. All those who did it correctly at that scenario, will loose one mark and only Aditya will gain for it (inspite of choosing the worst available option).. That's why he will be at advantage and many others will be at disadvantage.. And 1 mark can make a difference of hundreds of rank, the colleges will be changed.. It's a matter of many people's life because many people took single or double drop to clear CLAT.. He is in class 12th, he could be given another chance to land in a good college but what about people like us..
I agree. He argued about that census and delimitation question, that option C suits more than none of the above(but is not the absolute answer)...and well he's correct. So with the same logic, data inadequate also suits the most.
So if data inadequate question was to be removed for not being the absolute answer then census and delimitation should also be removed.
I wish I was privileged enough to challenge this argument... If all the ambiguous questions have to be removed then -
English - valueable/invaluable
GK - census, spouse's political affiliation
Legal - Uncountable
Logical - uncountable
Maths - goa one
Overall atleast 10 questions would have to be removed, if "ambiguity" or "not being absolute correct answer" was a criteria for a question to be eliminated from the paper.

@Anbe_malar but the problem is that everyone is at different foot.. No one will understand others problem if they are getting benefitted..

The paper was ambiguous for everybody. He might have done some of them right, but he won't question their ambiguity in front of the court, nor will the court take it upon themselves to go through the whole paper and correct it. The court will give a solution, but it will not be complete; it might be fair to him but not to everybody. Since the questions were ambiguous, the answers will be ambiguous too. Some students might get NLUs, but there will be others who'll lose their spot because of this.
This might be a positive step towards the examination but not towards the students who attempted the paper in 2025.
It depends on what you prioritise more. But any verdict won't be just towards everyone.

Appreciate your efforts sir , my humble request to all clat aspirants plzz be patient and support the boy he have the nuts to appeal that non of us have so don't raise fingers against him be United and pray for justice .
I had always wanted to study at an NLU, so I planned to drop out and not enroll in a college after completing the 12th grade in 2024, but my parents insisted that I enroll in a private university for B.A.LL.B, which costs more than 2 lakh per semester. Naturally, I took CLAT 2025 and was selected for counselling, so I paid 30,000. I expected to be admitted into NLU during the internship period, which lasted half a month in December and the entire month of January, but due to the delay, I had to pay the fees for the second semester of the private university where I am enrolled. My dreams were crushed. Even if I am admitted into NLU, I will be unable to go because I have already paid a significant sum of money to this dreadful institution.
P.S KUDOS TO THE PETITIONER I mean how the actual fuck did the consortium mess up the questions they got ONE FREAKING YEAR to prepare the question paper!
Literally, I'm trying to tell everyone the same thing there is no unity among CLAT aspirants and consortium is also playing the policy of divide and rule. Itni history padi hai sbne how this divide and rule made us slave of another country but still everyone is repeating the same thing and that too the future law students. One of the important quality that the profession demands is patience and we need to learn this from a young age. So, please stop blaming the petitioners and instead support them. NEET me bachche raste pr aa gye protest krne tb jaakr court took a stance clat me toh bhai students are blaming petitioners like wow

sir aap kya bol rahe ho agar 5 questions sahi hojate hain tu bahut fark padega kyunki 3000 rank pe 79.50 score hai aur 75.5 pe 5009 so 4 marks approz 2000 ranks ka difference ho agar 3000 wale ka rank 800-1000 bhi improve hota hai tu kaise bahut farak nhi padega?for ex 5+1.25=6.25

Once you become a judge of any high court leave sc then one should realise that what is the pressure of solving cases frequently with its cos and prons .

Let's understand. The petition has been filed by an individual. He is fighting for a cause.
Whether his pov is right or wrong,is no more for us to judge.
The matter is being handled by the highest Court in the country and we have to all abide by the outcome. No point in getting frustrated or making our own judgement whether the petitioner/s are right or wrong.
He/ she as an Indian has every right to approach the court if he/she feels wronged by the Consortium.
Let the court decide..

(Writing this, cause just wanted to share the views only)
There were talks about the clat exam in hindi and rest of regional languages.
What i have to say on this is that certain sections could be translated and some should remain as they are.
Sections such as Current Affairs, AR and QT could be translated.
In my opinion, the rest should remain as they are.

Exam mein galat questions solve karne ke liye time manage ho na paya aur sahi answer ta questions attempt nehi kor paya iska kya karen? Petitioner jo kiya achha hi kiya.
sir i also strongly disagree that it wont have much effect as consider the 50 teir 2 people who will exchange seats with teir 1
and 200 -300 people who will jump in teir 3 who were getting teir 2 colleges. and probably 500+ who will just not get nlus in teir 3 who were getting them before . Also in each college people have preference causing a much larger effect . so saying it wont have much effect cannot be correct .
And sir regarding him paying 1 lak per session , tbh he wouldn't if he didn't have the means .But not at all saying he was wrong in doing so . I thank him but he wont get any pity from me either .

Case will be heard by Delhi hc on 3/03 with ug case but pg case more based on procedural aspect, change of result in pg is very low.
