As u told about standard relation in terms of side PS and side of a triangle..
Tyen what is the significance of side QR i. e. Base which is divided in the ration 1: 2 by PS.. Why this is given.. Is this red herring..!!??!??!?
Also tell me what happen if the ratio changes let say 2: 5 or 4:7 or any other.. Then will the value of PS changes or it will remain the same.. For any ration..

My main concern is why QR = 3 QS given.. I mean for finding the desired results.. There is no use of this.. Although i got the the correct answer by another method as i don't know the standard relation between sides as u told... Plz resolve my concern brother..
QR = 3 QS. Jab ye hoga tbhi vo relation hold karega.
