New subscriber here. I'm actually laying here on the bed at a villa in Indonesia, literally with the sea in front of me. Our first holiday in 10 years. Your reading resonates so well, I have tears in my eyes. I've been no contact with my Mother and siblings since March 2023, just so much manipulation and control for most of my 62 years. The part that's the hardest to come to terms with is my adult Son who has been dragged into this by them and we are also no contact.
