I used to do a double shift once a week and personally saw the place go from a calm resting place for loved ones turn into a pitch black spook zone. I worked at one of the 11 major Catholic mortuaries in California. At night I would always see shadows in the corner of my eyes, apparitions that looked liked people, heard whispers , and footsteps in the halls while on patrol. I might be wrong in the summary of the story, so add if im missing some stuff. Obviously, we are in a nightmare coma of reliving distorted events leading to his hospitalization. The ghost chasing him could be his ex. Our protagonist dated someone until we met the office lady who he got pregnant, as shown by her seducing him with his body talking to the coworker. Years later, the person came back and must have put our protagonist in a coma as revenge for leaving her. The only way he woken up is the fact that it was his child's birthday, because the passcode is the date of his celebration.

It may be possible that the people in the building are from the past. The lady who boasts about taking the Boyfriend of her co-worker might be your wife, which is also the lady with the same model who was swapping contacts with you in the beginning of the game. The ghost would be the victim of all the bullying in the workplace: force work upon them, taking their boyfriend, etc. The good thing that comes out of this is that the lady who stole you away from the victim eventually fell in love with you with genuine feelings and had a child with you. 10/10 Too Wholesome of a Horror game
Honestly kind of sad someone who bullied someone so much to that extent got a happy ending… I hope she learned her lesson and let that guilt drive her into being a better person who tries to make society better

The entity in this game is called "Yurei". Yurei haunts a specific place and has a purpose on their haunting, in this case, vengeance to Keigo and to the woman she's jealous of.
The entire game is the original, named security guard's nightmare, while he's in the hospital recovering from being pushed down a flight of stairs by red-vested yandere lady. Which the police don't know about. And why said yandere lady is present at the hospital in the end. Remember, boys and girls: ghosts don't kill people, people kill people.
i'm not sure about most asian countries but as someone who lives in SEA, an unsaid thing that comes with being a security guard is that you have to be used to the paranormal. plenty of places here are bound to have ghostly presences, although most of them aren't malicious. my dad has a little ghost story of getting pranked by one at his former office (& this was a high rise office building mind you), & i remember from my high school how security guards would warn kids to have a friend while waiting for their parents especially when it's past 6pm. basically: yeah the security guard being unfazed by horror is pretty accurate EDIT: i have to mute this but ty for ppl sharing their little ghost story experiences! it was fun to read through (ㆁᴗㆁ✿) if ur also here to tell me ghosts arent real, know that i dont care and that there are plenty of people citing their own stories below ヾ(^-^)ノ
I feel like it's kind of the same in the united states lol I did night security at a couple of different sites for a few years, including an abandoned nursing home and an empty office building, and had a couple freaky things happen during my time there. I got mostly used to it... haha
@@seraphim108 Here's some from my own experiences on the night shift (also from SEA). A colleague was talking to his wife on the phone while on one of his solo patrols. Fairly standard patrol, nothing spooky, up until he entered a lift, and his wife asked him who he was with. He laughed and said that he was alone, at which point she told him she could hear a woman speaking in the background. Brother booked it out of the lift as fast as possible. Another one occurred during one of my night shifts, though I personally didn't experience it myself. I just hopped into the washroom for a piss. One of my teammates shouted something, and I hurried out, and the whole group was just gathered at the main hall, looking around. They told me they heard a woman's scream from inside the building. There wasn't supposed to be anyone in the building at this hour - our patrols made sure of that. We even ran a CCTV check to see if the place was clear, and we even sent a few dudes out to look for anyone who was injured. There was no one. The general rule when it comes to the supernatural here is to 'don't acknowledge it'. Once you're done with what you should be doing, just never discuss it again, outside of adding it to stories to tell around a campfire.
In a world of youtubers and their goofy screems... i really appreciate the silent terror from walking around a corner and theres a creepy face looking at you. Seeing that mouse shake...👌
I literally yelled "EXCUSE ME??" when Manly didn't say ANIME when he picked up the second collectable Edit: 31:02 is one of the best jumpscares I've seen in a Chilla's art game. That got me good, jesus
I've always liked Chilla games, but you can definitely tell they're getting better and better at making them. Personally, I like the 'Anime!' jokes. I think things are less scary when there is blood everywhere because the incident has already occurred. When everything is clean and you're being pursued...you are soon to be the incident. I like how Ending 1 takes you back to your family via rewinding as kind of a hint. Very very cool.
By far, the 7th floor was the best. Feels a little too seperate from the office storyline but the puppet’s setup towards the big scare was dang good. 6th floor was good too. Scary start with the office custodian but the manly’s elevator bit took the cake.
i think this is the first chilla’s art monster that’s genuinely frightened me. something about her eyes, i think. really good design, so glad to see chilla improving with each game!
Blood Hallways are pretty standard fare in most office buildings. They really are the most efficient form of insulation, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. Just don't ask whose blood it is or you'll find out first hand from the janitors.

I love all the random things you say and they are a large part of what got me hooked on your channel. Please never stop saying "anime" just like that every chance you get. Maybe even find games where you can constantly say anime, Gordon Freeman, is this Chris' blood?, mop, like my soul (which I've said since my first time playing Pokémon Yellow lol), and all the others in every single episode.

My anxiety was SO high during this game. From the atmosphere to Manly slowly turning, which is unironiclly the most anxious I've felt watching this. In my opinion, this is one of my favorite Chilla's Art game when compared to prior games.
Your 'voice lines' like "anime!" are always fantastic xD Please don't stop doing them. You saying "check out these QUADS" for the fourth switch got a good laugh from me. Your uniqueness is a large part of why I enjoy watching your videos so much. As for the game, I fully agree this is Chilla's Art's best work yet! That doll moment especially got me so bad. Keep being awesome!
NEVER STOP SAYING “ANIME.” I personally love it and think it’s a hilarious representation of you as a RUclipsr. You’re my favorite channel to watch and have brought me so many hours of entertainment. Love you Manly. ❤
Watching Manly's video will being preoccupied with something else will always be a trip because one moment he's casually in an elevator and then when you look away and look back minutes later he'll be traversing the eighth circle of hell and you're just wondering when and how he got there. From an elevator.
‼️10:49 that's a REAL square D transformer! My dad is the engineer who designed the majority of the commercial transformers including the ones used by all the major banks! He designed them early 2000s! ❤️ That's just too funny how much detail they put into these games!
Seeing another Chilla’s Art game is like opening a Christmas present! They excel at the scares/oppressive atmosphere. I did think the storytelling was kinda minimal/disjointed though. And maybe it was just me but some of the lighting glares didn’t seem to completely fit, mainly the bathroom mirrors and some of the vending machines. That’s just me nitpicking though. It’s still really enjoyable and distinct just like every title of theirs has been! MBH’s deadpan one-liners are a treat as always!
_They don't pay that guard enough for this_ Fantastic sounds effects and a very chilling atmosphere. Agree it is one of the most eerie and frightening of their games. Very good use of jump scares, including those weird puppets. The tall ghost was scary af. I'm also trying to piece the story together, but it seems one girl who had dated the former security guard was left to do everything. Then some other girl took him away from her - and the poor girl died from overwork? The use of the term power-harasser was interesting for terribly oppressive boss. I had the feeling many of the people still in the office building were like living dead. I can only think that is why guard ended up in the hospital, barely escaping with his life. MBH, you are true master of that slow turn-around which puts me on edge and scares me more than the jump scares in the game did!!
Always good to see something new from Chilla's Art. I love the variety here, each floor having its own brand of scares really works. That first credits sequence was awesome too, loved that. This was strong, start to finish.
I've probably said it on some of the other videos you've done of Chilla's Art's games, but I'll say it again: I love their style. The PS1/retro aesthetic evokes nostalgia in me for some reason (I never grew up with a PS1/Dreamcast/N64 but played them at friend's houses). They've gotten better over the years and it shows, from the atmosphere to the more technical aspects. It's always a treat to see you play one of their games.
39:11 THAT WAS SO GOOD. I would shat my pants if I heard that in a empty room 😭😭😭 the sound design in general in this one is pretty dang good, WOW. I wish there'd been a floor where something kept unlocking the doors right before you lock the next one lol
Its good that chilla brothers do something fresh with each title. Taking about mechanics and cinematics Edit : can tell this is a good one by how slowly MBH turned a bunch of times. Ye was on edge
I was wondering if we would be able to discover what happened to the Office Lady that tripped at 25:32, or we would have skipped that floor somehow/ ignore what has just happened once again. But the mess at 27:46 totally explains it.
Honestly, the way you played this game really had me calm, i love how your voice was not loud and calm while you were playing and nust your way of playing the game and exploring, it makes me calm. (Not in a weird way)
Watching some of your videos while recovering from surgery. The way you slowly turning around is making me more nervous than actually getting jumpscared XD
Closing a building is the most terrifying thing ever, no matter how often you’ve done it. One night in the building connected to mine, someone was hiding under a table and grabbed a woman’s legs as she closed the building. 🙃 They never caught the person and business continued as usual. The way you turn corners slowly is exactly how I do it, and if Manly does it, I feel justified doing it 😂
New Chilla’s art drop! I repeat new Chilla’s art drop!!! This is gonna be great! Their games are always so good and have a unique feel to them I really enjoy! :d
Sometimes Chilla can get a bit work-simulator "get to the action already" feeling, like the build-up is drawn out just a little too much. This one gloriously averted that with the random creepy doll level. Which felt, somehow, like exactly what it was: a middle level that didn't have much bearing on the end, but was just fun, not padding-y (your mileage may vary). The security guard has seen everything. "Fuse blown again? You guys still keeping those in the blood maze? Ok. While I get that, someone keep an eye on the scream closet and make sure the Patreon backers don't get out, or they'll leave kawaii everywhere and you know the cleaning roster's understaffed."
I just recently atarted consuming your content about a week or two ago and i honestly enjoy the whole. "Anime" "Secret" "This, cant be happening" love those. Get me to chuckle almost everytime.
After watching your channel for a while I gotta say, the tension added from sloooooowly turning around amplifies every moment so much. I know there isn't a face reveal or camera, but I think it would be hilarious to see how that looks on your end, just a suspicious eye squint, leaning back a little and just slooooowly moving the mouse before noticeably relaxing after seeing nothing is there. Also, only 18 minutes in and this is easily one of my favorite Chillas Art games! Not sure how I'll feel once the attacks happen, as I really love the slow ambiance building with scary things happening, but that aren't jumpscares, as I do like most of their games, but the jumpscares ruin a lot of it.

Why would anyone be upset for such simple thing?
My fave bit is "s e c r e t"
It's feel weird seeing a Chilla's art game without million filters
Oh yeah that's what's different! I was trying to figure it out lol, thanks
Like the bloom effect or some vhs tape filter. Kinda makes the game more vintage and creepy
For me, it's the upgraded npc's 😂
@@coastalscripts Scan lines, A LOT of blooms, retro colour filter, etc... the kinda stuff that makes it look like some early 2000 camera footage. There's a distinct lack of them in this game.
I like it much better. The graphics look more realistic and doesn't make my eyes feel wrong.
So far the 11th floor wall says “Go to hell” and “why.” The blood stained lid at 49:09 says, “The dirt on this lid can be removed with something.” Never before have I felt the need to translate a chilla’s game, but this one is scaring the shit out of me.
bruh how did this scare you its boring and predictable, plus the lack of any coherent explanation for any of it just kills the immersion. by the time of the last chase I was bored and just let her kill me so I coudl hurry up and steam refund
I can tell this is one of the few times the ambience actually got to you. Man it was anxiety inducing whenever you have those silent moments to yourself.
when he hit the seventh floor every movement was either rushed or extremely slow paced it was very uncharacteristic
The only way he woken up is the fact that it was his child's birthday, because the passcode is the date of his celebration.
woah, yea I think so too! and not sure if I'm correct but I think this is the first chilla's art game to have a male protagonist- with a good ending
the woman who bullied her, and stole her bf died tho. That's why she is on the surveillance camera running for her life after she gets off the elevator. She don't make it lol. Not unless it's just part of his coma nightmare that she dies.
@@tyffaneelavely8087 the woman probably turned in to yurei because yureis are haunting because of a specific purpose, either it's vengeance or unfinished business.
@@onekill31aren't yurei's like ghosts? I mean there is the thing with unfinished business on earth and that the spirits stay until they solve that thing. In the west it tends to be just anything that causes it.
Time to grab some popcorn and settle in! Love me some Chilla's Art.
Me too haha
Ikr❤
I got hype when i saw the hour upload and that it was chillas art!
Chilla's Art is always a good time.
Manly & chilla arts ❤
Not gonna lie, Chilla has the potential to make some just good pure simulation games (Working as retail worker, night security guard) and it will looks smooth and fun combine with this art style
Okay? Who would play those tho?
Hard agree, just imagine how fun a fully fledged Chilla's Coffee cafe simulation game would be to play
@@hermeskun3274 me
@@slowyourroll1146 I have yet to see anyone who played "Closing Shift" think the barista part was actually fun.
@@hermeskun3274 unemployed people
It may be possible that the people in the building are from the past.
@@LunaVal the woman who bullied her, and stole her bf died tho. That's why she is on the surveillance camera running for her life after she gets off the elevator. She don't make it lol. Not unless it's just part of his coma nightmare that she dies.
The stockholm syndrome is kickin' in then, huh.
Is it just me who gets sudden anxiety everytime manly slowly turning around? 😅
Haha I know it's stressing me out! 😅
You should turn around. *Now.*
those parts are masterpieces... bonechilling moments even though we ain't playing it
They freak me out man
I was so on edge the entire time thanks to that lol I'm glad it's not only me
i'm not sure about most asian countries but as someone who lives in SEA, an unsaid thing that comes with being a security guard is that you have to be used to the paranormal. plenty of places here are bound to have ghostly presences, although most of them aren't malicious. my dad has a little ghost story of getting pranked by one at his former office (& this was a high rise office building mind you), & i remember from my high school how security guards would warn kids to have a friend while waiting for their parents especially when it's past 6pm.
basically: yeah the security guard being unfazed by horror is pretty accurate
EDIT: i have to mute this but ty for ppl sharing their little ghost story experiences! it was fun to read through (ㆁᴗㆁ✿) if ur also here to tell me ghosts arent real, know that i dont care and that there are plenty of people citing their own stories below ヾ(^-^)ノ
Wanna go into any detailed stories ? If your comfortable ofc
I feel like it's kind of the same in the united states lol I did night security at a couple of different sites for a few years, including an abandoned nursing home and an empty office building, and had a couple freaky things happen during my time there. I got mostly used to it... haha
you forgot the part where they tell you that the establishment stands on an old graveyard.
@@DoctorFrostbite1 oh my god this is so true. or it used to be hospital
In a world of youtubers and their goofy screems... i really appreciate the silent terror from walking around a corner and theres a creepy face looking at you.
Seeing that mouse shake...👌
I literally yelled "EXCUSE ME??" when Manly didn't say ANIME when he picked up the second collectable
Edit: 31:02 is one of the best jumpscares I've seen in a Chilla's art game. That got me good, jesus
Not the puppet 😭😭
I've always liked Chilla games, but you can definitely tell they're getting better and better at making them. Personally, I like the 'Anime!' jokes. I think things are less scary when there is blood everywhere because the incident has already occurred. When everything is clean and you're being pursued...you are soon to be the incident. I like how Ending 1 takes you back to your family via rewinding as kind of a hint. Very very cool.
"If anything, she's attractive! ... Unironically."
Manly with the most choice chefs kiss takes around
By far, the 7th floor was the best. Feels a little too seperate from the office storyline but the puppet’s setup towards the big scare was dang good.
6th floor was good too. Scary start with the office custodian but the manly’s elevator bit took the cake.
the elevator jumpscare got me good 😭
@@iam.hoangnguyett that damn jumpscare shaved 5 years off my life 😭
literally made me leap back it was damn good!! solid tension all around this one
27:50 I am actually so surprised that closing the doors again did nothing. But it was a reasonable first reaction.
i think this is the first chilla’s art monster that’s genuinely frightened me. something about her eyes, i think. really good design, so glad to see chilla improving with each game!
It's always a special kind of treat when Manly uploads a new Chilla's Art playthrough ^_^
Blood Hallways are pretty standard fare in most office buildings. They really are the most efficient form of insulation, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. Just don't ask whose blood it is or you'll find out first hand from the janitors.
Bro, It's barely 2:07 a.m. here in Morocco, and I think it's the right time to watch a scary game, and your video is the right one.
Here's 9:30 PM sooooo... Yes it's still scary
The real horror starts once you realize the toilet ghost stole the last roll of paper.
4:24 As far as some people not liking your run-on jokes: haters gonna hate. 🤷♀️
34:28 I yelped. Scared my poor pup.
42:00 Thank you for explaining for those of us who might not be able to make out what was going on. ❤
I agree that this was one of Chilla Art's best games, if not their best game. Really fun watching your playthrough and listening to your thoughts, Manly!
I love how this Night Guard seeing all these ghosts and anomalies and hes like: "I still gotta get my paycheck tho-" 💀💀💀
They don't get paid enough for this bs lol
Manly's "Can I help you"s get me every time, 29:26 had me 💀
I see MBH and I click. It being Chillas Art is just the icing on the cookie
You mean it’s chocolate chips on the cake?
It's the dookie on my finger 🫵
Chilla's Art games are always amazing! Japanese horror is always a lovely, terrifying experience.
"i'm a little upset i understood that without looking at the subtitles.." is a GOLDEN line
I love it when he says "secret"
@@AldiePezeh right?? I hate to say it in case it's a sensitive thing or he doesn't know he does it but my favorite is 'ther' sounds like father is pronounced faver, Mad Father is the #1 reason I became a fan and it was because of his pronunciation. If you haven't seen it I recommend it not just for the pronunciation but because it's a fun series of videos to watch
My anxiety was SO high during this game. From the atmosphere to Manly slowly turning, which is unironiclly the most anxious I've felt watching this. In my opinion, this is one of my favorite Chilla's Art game when compared to prior games.
The bit in the ghost maze when she is just standing there in the corridor chilling staring at you was actually pretty funny
25:28 I have to admit, that part was really funny. He just fell and she's like 🧍♀️
26:00 I found this part really unsettling. I love Chilla's Art.
"I'm just clicking them because I thought they were money" is peak Manly, no doubt.
You know it's scary when even Manly is getting tense.
4:16 bruh are you kidding? I'm not even an anime fan and I love when you do that. I've started doing it myself tbh 😂😅
This was one of the creepiest entries to Chillas in a long time, obviously the slow turns didn't HELP! OMG THE ANXIETY
‼️10:49 that's a REAL square D transformer! My dad is the engineer who designed the majority of the commercial transformers including the ones used by all the major banks! He designed them early 2000s! ❤️ That's just too funny how much detail they put into these games!
Dang Chilla went real hard on the atmosphere. And I love it.
"Yeah, relax a little", says Manly after doing the slowest and the most anxiety inducing camera turn 😭😭😭😭
It’s been a reoccurring thing for chilla’s art. The protags are usually calm with all the horror things happening
Just your average Wednesday job
I swear, every time manly slowly turned around scared me harder than any jumpscare could
Manly and Chilla's art games are a good combination for a weekend watch
Yess
21:53 "woah, woman! scariest thing in the world." truest quote in the world
Seeing another Chilla’s Art game is like opening a Christmas present!
Floor #7 had really good tension and horror ambience those jumpscares got me 😅
_They don't pay that guard enough for this_
Fantastic sounds effects and a very chilling atmosphere.
21:52 The way you said "WOMAN" was amazing. Great buildup.
chillas art games are always so weirdly calming for me to listen to. Its like the nostalgic feel to the art style calms me down
Always good to see something new from Chilla's Art.
Taking about mechanics and cinematics
Edit : can tell this is a good one by how slowly MBH turned a bunch of times. Ye was on edge
Thank you for telling us about subtle jumpscares, I have slow net and Im forced to use low quality. I can notice them now thanks to you :D
that laugh when you reach 9F is so funny i forgot all my fear for a moment before it went downhill again asdkfahs, thank you for the video manly!
I personally really love when you say "Anime", it's part of the charm of your videos
Watching you while i work third shift.
Thank you for playing all the Chilla games.
Seeing Manly get hit by these jumpscares so hard makes me feel better about jumping in my seat every time, lol. Nice change of pace!
Chilla's art games and happy humble burger far are some of my favorite Manly videos.
I love his Death Mark series so much
Winner of the "I get paid minimum wage to lock doors, not care about ghosts" award😂
I was wondering if we would be able to discover what happened to the Office Lady that tripped at 25:32, or we would have skipped that floor somehow/ ignore what has just happened once again.
But the mess at 27:46 totally explains it.
I typically think jump scares are so cheap but something about the jump scares on floor 7 31:00 and 34:27 were so fun.
Please never stop the “Anime” thing. It’s just another part that makes you, you. I love it.
Manly's gotta stop eerily turning back on every corner. My heart can't take more of it 😂
I love when you announce ‘ANIME’, it makes my day, please don’t stop doing it!
I love the "anime" and "secrets" and the like my soul bits keep going manly we love it
Honestly, the way you played this game really had me calm, i love how your voice was not loud and calm while you were playing and nust your way of playing the game and exploring, it makes me calm. (Not in a weird way)
You know it's another great day when it's Manly and Chilla's Art.
Watching some of your videos while recovering from surgery. The way you slowly turning around is making me more nervous than actually getting jumpscared XD
I was grinning with every slow turn-around. This was awesome.
Yesssss! New chillas art video and I just got off a closing shift at work! Time to cuddle up in the dark and enjoy the next hour
you casually closing the locker/cabinet on the dude inside it made me laugh super hard
I love it when you say "Animie" and just somenof the random stuff its funny and a real reconnect
Words cannot explain how much joy I felt when I saw that this was a Chilla’s Art horror game.
21:50 The one gawt damn time he doesn't turn slowly lol
He has his instagram up! Manly isn’t hiding his face, I think he just acknowledges that a full screen immersive view is better.
*I like how you often turn around slowly to avoid getting spooked by unexpected jumpscares 😂😂*
Manly: Casually goes through blood maze
Also Manly: Is scared of a spinning chair
I love him playing chilla's art games sm:))
