Honestly the best part of this concert was the lighting and the stage set, haven’t seem something this unique ever. Drain Gang is literally the future if they keep going in this direction it’s astoundingly absurd.
@@lll000l00o the whole set up is extraordinary the lighting is perfect, feels like it in-captures everything and everyone, like the crowd is in one big bubble with the artists. For example the lighting runs above the audience not just on top of the artists, exudes the feeling of being included instead of being left in the dark so that your only able to admire the artists. The mega screen behind them capturing multiple angles of each member all at once is completely original and gives the sense that the artists are being completely open and honest with fans. You can see that through their passion for performing. Ecco’s Blue Eyes is an example of complete venerability almost as if he’s letting us into his world. I worked as a stage technician in my cities local theatre (often used for concerts & gigs) and I can say whoever took responsibility for stage and lighting design knew what they were doing. This isn’t just any other concert you see every day.
@@1CasualtyBK I was there and I'm going to assume you don't go see a lot of big acts? This is about 1/10 of what someone like Nine Inch Nails does. Let alone what Kanye, Travis Scott, the Weekend do, who all ripped off NiN. It was literally in a warehouse that doesn't really house shows and it was just a screen. It was well done and cool, but absolutely in a scuffed, warehouse rave sort of way. Absolutely not even 1% of what the big acts do. An act like Muse has this but an entire fucking stadium wall + ten times the lights and they've had that for the last 10 years. The "capturing angles" is literally just gopros and it's been done for the last 20 years (10 years with smaller acts since the advent of gopro's but Beastie Boys did it in 1998). I go to a lot of shows though and I listen to a wide variety of music. In the grand scheme of things, this was a souped up warehouse rave. The screen could literally be 8 times bigger, more advanced designs and that's not even talking about the augmented reality shit people have been doing since way before corona. I had a blast at the show, but the show itself is barely passing and cobbled together by a couple of people who know what they're doing. I grew an alldayer from nothing to a few thousand people and we had a more advanced setup 10 years ago on a shoestring budget. You just have to work with people who share your passion and have a skill.
It's cool to see the amount of people who aren't on their phones. Obviously that's what some people enjoy more, and some people are doing us the favour of posting it on RUclips, but it's rare that you see a concert where the majority of the crowd is living in the moment
Damn that lighting and all of that is perfect, but I’d have been so fucking sad if they didn’t play Lovenote. That really was the most memorable song live frfr
wow amazing footage. i went to a show earlier this year and got there a bit late and missed a few songs and my fav song nosebleed was one of them, so its cool to see it on youtube when possible.
