In America we actually have a type of candy that is home-made called potato candy. It's made from potatoes and sugar. It's super good, an old lady at church when I was little would make some for me and gave my mom the recipe.

On the left we got a person with a normal blood sugar level and on the right we have a person with a too high blood sugar level as you can see the person on the left simply got a energy boost from the sugar consumption but the person on the right on the other hand now feels like shit because his levels were just to damn high to begin with, this was a fun experiment I feel like we have learned a lot and I'll see you next time people
