Brooks trainers are really good Jess i work 12 hour shifts on the go constantly and i swear by them a little expensive but definitely worth it x
I would recommend the asics gel kayano for running day to day as they have really good cushioning. And then a pair of nike vapor flys too for the days that your legs are tired. I honestly could run all day in vapor flys but they dont have much/any cushioning to them x

Hokka trainers are amazing. I walk about 15 miles a day in these due to my job and I swear by them. They do different ones to suit your requirements. Size up half a size if you do get a pair. I’m always a 6 but have 6.5 after reading reviews and I’m glad I did!

I'm a runner Jess, I use ghost 15 trainers which are neutral, you need your gait checking at up and running it's free of charge and takes seconds, good luck with it x x x

Honestly really recommend Hokas but yeah get your gait checked! Ive hoka clifton 9, had to size up half a size but unrealllll

You need support trainers. ASICS 2000 would be worth a try. I’ve run miles in them. Good luck ❤😊
