P'Earth started like a selfish, closed, and strict person. Now, she's my favorite addition to this show. She became so helpful and caring to our main couple.
I think she's more of a practical and straightforward kind, not so much as selfish. She just didnt see the point of bothering herself with stuff that serves very little to no purpose. That's probably what put people off at first.
I do get P Arthit here. It is not easy to work at a place where they find out you are gay. Many people don't even come out to their colleagues cause they might get fired or they have no idea how they are going to react. So, arthit's behaviour is somewhat right.
That moment when kong asked arthit who is he to him “ lover , junior or just acquaintance” . That betrayed looks on Arthit’s face when he was looking at kong it was as if he was saying that “how could you question my love for you”

You must say these thoughts for them to be real, to exist to the other person. They cannot simply guess that you care... caring must be performed as action. Love is an act as much as it's a feeling. That is how the other person benefits from your care and love. In this series, the director does not show Arthit performing as many acts of love as he does acts of distancing (which is appropriate for the story), so Kongpop doubts fairly, speaks of it, and Arthit then learns and grows. I think this story is partly about showing how to grow in love.

I did try to protect Arhit a little before because I understand his feelings but now after I watched the series till the end I also get why Kongpob could be frustrated and doubtfull. I think after all that happened it made their relationship stronger and both could get a grip of what's going on in one anothers heads. I also absolutely agree with what you said about caring performed as action. It is vital in a relationship to show your love and voice your doubts if you have any so your significant other can at least try to understand. I think I'm super satisfied with the way Sotus showed it to us and how Arhit and Kongpob both took the lesson to their hearts. Now where to find another series like Sotus... I don't think I can move on yet haha

Love Sick is long, 2 seasons, and really really good. They show the two in love learning so much about how to love and be loved. Make It Right is young and fun. Grey Rainbow is very moving.

The fact that I can understand both of them, how they're feeling in this situation proves that this series is beautiful and that Krist and Singto made a great job in playing the characters. I'm a late Peraya but I really can live again the excitement while waiting for each episode to come out, and never saw a series teaching me values in life like Sotus. Really I'm so touched

To those who blame P'Arthit in this episode, here are something you need to know from the original novel: When P'Arthit let go Kong's hand and left Kong alone, the first thing that P'Arthit was thinking is 1. let go and set distant, is the ONLY WAY to protect Kong's reputation 2. AND because he promised Kong's father to "take care" Kong, so as a senior (of uni/company), he must help Kong to avoid all the negative thing (e.g, others' thought and view toward gay couple in the society) Never does P' Arthit think of HIMSELF, HIS OWN REPUTATION but just Kong, and Kong's family. The happiness for them is indeed the best moment of Arthit's life but is that worth to destroy Kong's life/future? P'Arthit needs to take the responsibility to take care his beloved LOVER/JUNIOR. So, P'Arthit is not selfish at all. He indeed hurt Kong but that's the way he protects his love. (So that's why he had the speech in EP13.)
That's all fine and good. But what about what Khun Kongpob wants? If he doesn't care what society thinks, neither should Khun Arthit, he needed to LISTEN to Khun Kongpob and STOP listening to society and his own thoughts.

I understand both sides. Arthit is panicking. That's what he's doing. He is flailing and thrashing so hard that the one person who's trying to rescue him can't get a grip on him. Right now, Arthit and Kong are in the Cave of Two Lovers. For non-avatar nerds, the Cave of Two Lovers is a secret passage that was built by two lovers, a man and a woman, who were separated by a war. The passages were made so that only they would know the route, and anyone who tried to use them would be lost, and die in the dark. They lined the tunnels with crystals that would light up with a kiss. When the man died, the woman turned the tunnel's meeting point into a tomb, but before she died, she left a message for anyone seeking to use the tunnel. "Love burns brightest in the dark." In other words, love is strongest in times of struggle. And right now, Arthit and Kong are there, and Arthit is panicking. He's scared of the dark, or in this case, coming out. He's screaming and trying to find something, anything to help him see. A match, some rocks to use to light a torch, trying to feel his way out, while Kong is calling out for him, trying to bring him to him, so they can light the crystals, but Arthit is screaming too loud, and he can't hear him. It's breaking Kong's heart to see him so distressed, so upset, but he can't do anything about it, until Arthit calms down, and hears him. Kong needs to be patient. The more he calls, the more he pushes him to accept things as they are, the more Arthit will withdraw, the more he'll scream. But Arthit needs to remember that Kong is there. He's not alone, although he can't see him. The more he screams, the more he'll echo back and scare himself even more.

I heard of this story in a Nickelodeon Anime Series Avatar: The Legend of Aang, there were an episode that tells about a story of lovers that is much the same as the story of the Cave of the Two Lovers.
I can feel what Kongpob feels for it is kind of draining to always be the one to chase after your lover but you still choose to hold on because of the love, but I guess some things all do have a certain limit.

Coming out indeed is easier, but some people have to consider their loved ones as well.... Not sure if you guys have watched the Taiwan series (Dark Blue & Moonlight) in w/c one of the main char didn't come out to his parents knowing his parents are of old tradition, beliefs and faith... Sometimes you have to make the sacrifice, and consider how those dear to you would feel, esp those of old age...
From the beginning I've liked P' Earth she has been nothing but honest, supportive and give both Art and Kong advice. She has known from the beginning and kept it a secret for them both, that was the right thing to do Kong: It's always me who has been running after you That still gets me even in 2020. He was right Kong has always chased after Art, but never had he done the same. Arthit would push Kongpob away or hide his feelings and he is the type to be shy, take things slow and over think, he handles things wrong instead of talking it out and being honest Kong: Who am I to you? Am I a lover ? Am I a junior ? Or am I an acquaintance ? From the beginning , Kong has put in work and gave his all for Art, he would risk everything to be with him. He deserves happiness, Arthit would always pull away and has never really fought for who or want he wants. He must prove himself , he deserves to be happy and he can be with kong not as a friend, senior/Junior or acquaintance but as a lover

I am glad kong stood up for himself… he was always the one doing most of the work and after awhile of giving and not receiving you get exhausted .. I felt for him here but was proud of him here even though I know it was painful for him!

I understand you. Even if she didn't do it on purpose, she should have looked in the Folder before or taken those Pictures out of the Folder as soon as she got on her Computer. This episodes made me give my 100% respect to Kongpob. The pain he is experiencing is piercing through my heart😭😭. I am not mad at Arthit cause I understand the side of him. I know many people who are not confident and courageous enough and we can't blame them for that because it really takes time to have these two. You might ask "but they have been together for 2 years, is not that enough for Arthit to be confident being open as gay or bisexual or whatever his sexual orientation is?" My answer is NO. Remeber those 2 years was spent in their school which is a safe place for them. But to be out by someone without your consent especially in the outside world is different. Knowing Arthit's shy personality justify the lack of emotion, love or acts he gives to Konpob whenever they are in public but deep inside him, he 100% loves Kong. The only thing that Arthit should have done is to be more communicative to his boyfriend which is an important aspect in any relationship. Like what the head of procurement department said, what's important is to correct our mistakes. I believe that once Arthit realized his mistake, he will immediately learn from it and be more open to Kong.

Arth is an only child so this might be one of the few times in his life he got scolded by someone and that someone is KONGPOB! Never could've imagined Kong scolding his P'Arthit but this scolding was highly needed. It must have been frustrating for kong when his partner decides running away from problem is the only solution instead of communicating. I understand arthit's side too. Sometimes things can get overwhelming and he thought what he was doing was for Kong's future and Kong's image plus he found out kong was an heir of that big company. So he thought an heir would need to produce another heir. Plus kong would've to face hatred and discrimination for being in gay relationship when he decides to take over the family business. What he did wrong was take decision on behalf of kong when it shouldn't be like that even though his intentions were right, it's still wrong thing to do. But kong have also done the same before. I feel bad for both of them. Edit: relationship is a growing experience both as an individual and couple and I'm glad to see how much they evolved as characters by our sky series. Arthit did repeat same mistake in our sky but he learned from it too, his character development was the best.

I am glad kong stood up for himself… he was always the one doing most of the work and after awhile of giving and not receiving you get exhausted .. I felt for him here but was proud of him here even though I know it was painful for him!

This episodes made me give my 100% respect to Kongpob. The pain he is experiencing is piercing through my heart😭😭.
I am not mad at Arthit cause I understand the side of him. I know many people who are not confident and courageous enough and we can't blame them for that because it really takes time to have these two. You might ask "but they have been together for 2 years, is not that enough for Arthit to be confident being open as gay or bisexual or whatever his sexual orientation is?" My answer is NO. Remeber those 2 years was spent in their school which is a safe place for them. But to be out by someone without your consent especially in the outside world is different. Knowing Arthit's shy personality justify the lack of emotion, love or acts he gives to Konpob whenever they are in public but deep inside him, he 100% loves Kong. The only thing that Arthit should have done is to be more communicative to his boyfriend which is an important aspect in any relationship. Like what the head of procurement department said, what's important is to correct our mistakes. I believe that once Arthit realized his mistake, he will immediately learn from it and be more open to Kong.

Arth is an only child so this might be one of the few times in his life he got scolded by someone and that someone is KONGPOB!
Never could've imagined Kong scolding his P'Arthit but this scolding was highly needed. It must have been frustrating for kong when his partner decides running away from problem is the only solution instead of communicating.
I understand arthit's side too. Sometimes things can get overwhelming and he thought what he was doing was for Kong's future and Kong's image plus he found out kong was an heir of that big company. So he thought an heir would need to produce another heir. Plus kong would've to face hatred and discrimination for being in gay relationship when he decides to take over the family business.
What he did wrong was take decision on behalf of kong when it shouldn't be like that even though his intentions were right, it's still wrong thing to do. But kong have also done the same before.
I feel bad for both of them.
Edit: relationship is a growing experience both as an individual and couple and I'm glad to see how much they evolved as characters by our sky series. Arthit did repeat same mistake in our sky but he learned from it too, his character development was the best.
