- This is honestly one of the easiest songs off of the Ghost Reveries album to play guitar wise, but still a challenging song to sound good. It is a good song to learn on guitar because there's lots of nuances and things that need to be played correctly, otherwise it won't sound right.

Sounds better than the original :) the overall speed between the big a theme and B theme sounds smoother fits better and you seem to emphasize some parts more which go under in the original. Thumb ub :)

is it really just Drop-D tuning or does it have a different tuning like many people say...
It's not just a Drop-D tuning, although you could maybe make it work but it would be more difficult. The tuning is D-A-D-F-A-E so the G is dropped to an F and the B dropped to an A.
The only thing easier about Drop D are the octaves, because you don't need to stretch and most people are used to the shape of them. This tuning is quite difficult, at least to someone who just got into it like me
@@brunocosta6849 there's a few chords and shapes that would be hard without doing this tuning correctly. I'm referring to the other strings that are altered, not the D string.
@@geirisk8 I know yes! That's exactly what I am pointing out. Although you can pull this off in Drop D, it would be much harder

Well it's not real drums and drum machines never have a real feel. Saying that the drums suck a lot is a little bit unfair but you're entitled to have an opinion on that ;)
