- It's spring, and there are two months remaining in the 2020-2021 school year for GoAnimate City. And one of the longtime school bus drivers is retiring from his position. The school administration announces it in one of the board meetings, and Toris finds it on the school website. He e-mails the superintendent about becoming a new bus driver for the 2021-2022 school year. Then he is called into the next board meeting, and gets approved to be a new bus driver.
Later in August, the 2021-2022 academic year gets underway, and Toris begins his new job driving students to and from school. But almost the entire way, he has unnecessary conversations with base. Will he lose his job, like he always has been every time he gets another job in addition to his current one at the office?
