Hey Tom, which parts of the city would you recommend to me? I would like to start my Dubai investment with a smaller, good located apartment in which I can vacation with my family two or three times a year and offer the rest for short-term rentals. if possible with good performance over the next 10 years. what has good prospects?
Thought about JVC, JLT
Hey, if you are planning to visit with your family I would recommend JLT as you have great restaurants, amenities, a big park and the general vibe is very pleasant. Also, the fact you are located very close to the centre with easy access to the beaches and Sheikh Zayed Road is a big bonus, JLT is actually connected to Dubai Marina via a footbridge as well.

@@oztrip7116 Dubai Creek Harbour is a great option, especially, if looking over the long time horizon. The only downside is you are slightly further away from the Beach, although, they do have an amazing Marina and Lagoon :)
@@TomJacksonDXByeah, the only worry is if the short term rental will perform there as this is a new area little known to tourists.
