權力越大，責任越大，當有權力人只享受榮華富貴，但肯義務為草根平民服務。政權只有斷跟替，會有穩定社會!現在只有領導人覺醒，斷學習，提升自己能力，虚心學習，要將自己皇帝式生活，將國家財產當自己財產，應該當委託管理者，收份人工作為自己報酬，這樣國家才有希望，自私自利，志大材疏，點會有能力管理甘大國家!

细良兄，读过你的历史观之后，引申出一个问题不知你是否认同 ---- 科举制度贻害无穷。
科举制度让很多农民或者社会底层及边缘阶层人士通过努力读书考取功名，进入政治管治核心，实现阶级的飞跃。此举为中下阶层学子打开一扇连他们祖辈都前所未见的统治核心阶级的政治思想，生活方式和态度、官场文化等各个方面的窗户，试想一个胸怀“朝为田舍翁，暮登天子堂”，如何能在这两个身份中迅速切换，俗话说三代才养成一个贵族，寄望一个一辈子第一次离开生活和学习的村庄赴京考试，几篇文章考得功名的时候，人格即刻提升到关怀天下苍生的高度根本就是不现实。财富和权力对一个社会中下阶层人士的突然袭击，有几人能保持清醒？！（穷人中六合彩大部分几年就返贫就是一个印证）
何况，从来接受儒家教育的读书人心心念都只有“考取功名，报效朝廷”的思想高度，故难免在唐宋元几个较包容的历史时期后，读书人都基本沦为极权统治者的政治化妆师，有历史学者认为明清以来中国就没有知识分子，只有读书人或士大夫。西方的政治是贵族的政治，国家统治和管理大部分由贵族阶层负责，华盛顿、富兰克林（我国历史上的王羲之，苏东坡等有些这方面的影子）。读书人认真读书格物致知，据理力争批评时政，盡知识分子的本分……。
个人感觉科举制度弊大于利，至今的高考还在沿用此思路为社会创造阶层流动的结果实在不看好。除非打破各阶层的隔膜，充分让政治，法制，官员财富，商人的创富过程透明和有效被监督，否则还是违背天道。
