i had a right laugh on la'helicopere! i didnt do the high left heal, i just jumped from the right hand and held right leg rigid to stop the swing! love that climb
From a fellow Wiltz here in the States, awesome video and keep up the climbing and burn some extra skin for me next time your at Fontainbleau, pls and thanks
Hey really cool vid guys. I'm heading to bleau all of next week for my first time. . . .thanks for gettin' my stoke up. :D But I noticed y'all aren't really into sit-starts? Is it dictated in a topo or something which routes have sit vs non-sit starts and what the grade differences are? What resource did you use for grades and such? Anyhow, nice vid, et bonne grimpe! :D
+Hyland Markle Any problems that are sit starts usually have the word "assis" in the name. The guidebooks in font are also not crazy specific so it's tough to tell
Thanks for the response. SI posted that specifically because I was going there for a week this oct. and. . .if they dont say sit-start. . .it ain't a sit start. ;)
+yan B completely agree. I'm about 6 feet tall and got it fairly quickly. Really fun problem but not an 11 in my opinion. if you were shorter I can maybe see it being an 11 though. i also did basically the same move in the gym before we went and before i knew about this problem so that obviously made a big difference.
+Ghassan B Well it's a dyno so the grade will always make no sense to some people. If you would compare it to other dyno's in the forest V9/V10 should fit. V11 is a bit high indeed imo.
Great Video and Sound! Been there...done so much Parcours and Classics...best place in the World

What did you guys think of the new la sportiva genius'
+Jimmy G Pretty good, they've grown on me. With that said, still not sure if they justify the price
rainbow rocket a v11...dumbest thing ive ever heard, v7 or 8 MAYBE. No way that thing is 11.
+yan B Yeah the guy in the video who did it said he thought it was maybe 8 or 9. Height dependent for sure and just super unique/weird
