You did well covering all that in 48 hours - I've lived here 20-odd years and I'm still finding new things. It's a great city with fabulous, creative, talented people.
Just seen your video of Glasgow, I'm glad you liked Glasgow so much, it really has a different vibe to most other places. I moved to Glasgow over 30 years ago and there are still places I have yet to explore.
I really did love my trip to Glasgow! I’m definitely due another trip back soon. Are there any places you’d recommend that I visit for my next trip? Thanks for watching!
Great Video Sophia! Glasgow is great for concerts too. It's a very musical city. If you like live music, make sure you get to enjoy a concert. The vibe is really quite something.
There was a similar exhibition in the Leith area of Edinburgh several years ago. With the lock-down shenanigans it has been a while since my last trip through to Glasgow, but I do work with a number of dancers, actors and producers in the city.
Definitely check out Monorail Music and Super Bario next time! Both of these places are in the same area as Street Level Photoworks gallery. Lovely video and fantastic photographs of course!
As a Glasgow Citizen you have definitely got some pronunciations bang on and have captured some of our amazing city. There is so much more to see though. I still haven't discovered it all and I have been living here for 21 years and lived in the local area since I was born + another 21 years. I hope you manage to get more time to visit sometime soon. Stay safe and well.
Absolutley rate Gulabi. Been sending all my colour film there ever since I found out about them 2 years ago. Great to have them if you don't do your own C41. Would love to do some photography in Glasgow some day if I can ever escape the north of the cairn gorms.
A beautiful love letter to the city with some stunning images. Your street photography style with film is so different to your portraiture and yet still is unmistakably yours 🙌🏼 also, love the idea of giving something back to the scene you experienced 👏🏼
Glasgow is a great city and I spend a lot of time there seeing friends, attending the eye cancer clinic at Gartnavel Hospital and going to concerts etc. I live just south of Glasgow in Kilmarnock so it is easy for me to get to and as I am disabled free if I use the bus. I started doing my model shoots in 2017 in Glasgow at the Botanical Gardens and the surrounding west end as that is where the meetup co ordinator has here studio. There are a lot of great studios around Glasgow and as you said such a great artistic vibe to the place and so many great buildings and even a great grafitti walk as well. Please come back to Glasgow and go to the Kelvingrove Museum and the Tranport Museum on the Clyde as they are great places to look round and lots of photos to be taken
Ah amazing! The Botanical Gardens is definitely on my to-do list for when I next visit! Thank you for the recommendations, I’ll be sure to add those to my list and check them out too
Fun to watch and encourages me to get out and travel. The mix of old and new sounds interesting.

Thank you so much Andy! I hope you enjoyed it. I've got plenty more videos of similar style in the works that I can't wait to put out
@@SophiaCarey can’t wait to see them! I’m thinking of doing a city/film stock roulette for an upcoming video!
Can't believe you didn't bring me back a Dalek tut tut
A little too big for the train I’m afraid
I've got some Cinestill 800T in both 35MM & 120......itching to shoot on it
You definitely should. It’s such a beautiful stock, especially for street photography
@@SophiaCarey Need to get my arse out into Chinatown one night, steam & red lights to shoot feels like it could be a winning area for Cinestill
Those market shots are 👌
Thank you so much!
Loved the video keep creating!
