The magnitude of the size is overwhelming. The roads in the area help give a sense of scale. During spring the area is green and beautiful during the heat of the summer well your favorite color must be brown. A fascinating look at a unique area. Thank you.
Wow! That's sooooo well done! And there are the crinkle-cut french fries! The Feathers remind me of the many standing stone megaliths in Brittan and France. Very cool. BTW, I love your "On the Trail of the Ice Age Floods" books. Terrific!
Bruce, A masterwork! I first visited Frenchman in 1949, and many times since, as recently as yesterday, but I have never experienced it fully until now. Your video was so awesome it actually brought a tear to this old man's eyes, And both your books are outstanding. David H.
Wow! Very cool videos!! I grew up in Othello in the 50's through the 70's and my attitude towards the geology was always, "eh, big deal!" As they say Youth is wasted on the Young! It's too bad the technology for this kind of video making wasn't available when I was in High School and made available for science classes, my attitude definitely would have been different!!
Outstanding video and background. Hope to visit someday...

Spent some time on Google Earth flying over this area. This video and diagrams really tie it together. Really fascinating. Thanks.
