Lots of questions: 1) What is the abrasive? 2) Is the abrasive embedded throughout, so that, if the surface wears down, there will still be abrasive? 3) Could one use your diamond paste spread on these? Perhaps after the embedded abrasive had worn down? These look TERRIFIC, but having answers to my questions would be hugely helpful. Thanks in advance.
These are impregnated all the way through with silicon carbide so as they wear down they will still work. They are not to be used with any other paste or compound, they are ready to use as they are.
These are for polishing metals. To polish glass you will need a tool embedded with diamond such as Diamond Polishing Paste (www.eternaltools.com/diamond-polishing-paste), Diamond polishers (www.eternaltools.com/eve-diapol-diamond-polishers), Diamond Cloth (www.eternaltools.com/diamond-abrasive-polishing-cloths) Cerium Oxide (www.eternaltools.com/cerium-oxide-polishing-powder) etc.
