Holy Moley! Someone actually found it! Thank you for this! I remember seeing this on the website with a little animatic in the desert with Western-style music and text reading something like "Coming to Hersheypark 2004" before getting whip-cracked away and the music would fade out. The screen would pan up to a little white cloud that would spontaneously grow larger, turn grey, and after two thundering booms and blinding flashes, its name, Storm Runner, read aloud menacingly by who I believe is the one who utters the famous launch phrase "Now get ready, here we go!", was revealed. Suddenly a giant red-eyed white horse would partially emerge from the cloud and emit a nightmarish wild scream. Then I believe you could click a button to "ride" it, which played this exact video, but at the end, it faded to white with the Hersheypark logo. This alone scared me from riding it for more than a decade, but once I tried it, Strom Runner became one of my favorites at Hersheypark to this day.
Again, thank you for bringing this to light. : )
