Correction guys! I egg is not equivalent to 16grams as the Doctor said. One large egg is 6-8grams of proteins. And yes, the egg white contains the most percentage. For those building muscles, I would recommend taking tuna as well. Tuna gives you more proteins. You can also get greek yoghurt. If you're working out, I'd recommend 0.8g of proteins per 1kg of your body weight.
This isn’t the best advise. Tuna in large consumptions can cause mercury poisoning. There are other sources of protein found in beans, mushrooms, tofu, chicken, as well as other vegetable choices
Tuna is a very good source of protein. And the research in tuna linking to mercury poisoning is inconclusive. This is the field where I am in. Again, ALL foods have the tendency to cause a health defect or issue when consumed wrongly (in terms of preparation, and rates of intake).

One of my siblings has been vegetarian since she started eating as a baby, give her meat and she will vomit so we tried and what she can eat is eggs or dry fish, the other one can't eat tilapia, catfish, and meat only eggs so in my house we have eggs. We will prepare fufu and boil eggs also cos the two need to eat eggs coa if it is meat they can't make their food separately.
