这场中日大赛，明显比18年的中日大赛更激烈，日本队在防守进攻方面都有进步，中国队打的也比18年狠了，但还是有几个问题，一定要解决；1) 防守问题，中国队被日本队紧逼后，一次发界外球因日本队防守太紧，中国队假动作无法摆脱，超过时间，丢球权，一次被日本队紧逼后发球失误，又丢球权。所以，中国队的被对方紧逼后的如何摆脱，如何做假动作，这些基本功训练还是要加强了，这是中国队的一个弱点。2) 中国队在身高有绝对的优势，韩旭的篮下投篮可以在狠点，既使投不进，也要一次对方犯规。李燕汝这场球没有正常发挥，篮下即不能吸引防守队员，也不䏻投篮得分，身高优势完全没有发挥，以后还是要有专门的髙水平中锋教练训练才行。3)中國女篮要有髙强度，髙对抗的紧逼防守下双手投三分球的能力。如果最後9秒投一个三分球，结果就會改写。总之，中国队一直在进步，加油！中国队！
中國隊的最大缺點是不敢沖籃切進籃底投球。每次看上去好像已經衝進籃底，但又停下，將球送出禁區，讓遠射球員遠射，要不然就傳來傳去等傳到藍底才射球，很多時候就因此失去控球權，為什麼已經衝到禁區還不敢射球？特別在返攻時，為啥到了對方禁區總是要停下來等其他隊員到齊，這一停，連對方球員也來齊了，為啥不一股氣衝上去投籃，很可惜，失去很多機會。本人年輕時也是一位籃球員，希望中國女籃加油，不要灰心，多練衝籃技巧。
