One time on a turbulent flight instead of informing the passengers about what’s going on they just turned on the duas at high volume as if to say to get ready for the end, it was total chaos.
I think u get also back ground music from PIA officials. I never fly through PIA.I always prefer Foreign Airline.

Weldon PIA, requesting to start international direct flights to UK and Europe please. We are facing lot of problem and wastage of time n money to foreigners airline.
