Flashed xposed but device gets reboot automatically and after clearing catch & dalvic catch it automatically delet apps and open once again in miui8 set up

Used this manual to update from rooted developer's ROM to stable miui_HM3Global_V8.0.2.0.LAIMIDG. Got my Redmi 3S bricked. Now I cannot unbrick it with miflash, because of "cannot receive hello packet". Device is detected on PC as Qualcomm 9008 on com port.
Using "land_global_images_V7.5.9.0.MALMIDE_20160805.0000.29_6.0_global_470b843c10.tgz" unpacked image with miflash 2016.08.30.0, also tried 2016.03.30.0 64bit, same error.
Ok, somehow I did it. Apparently there's another combination of Vol+\Vol-\Pwr which should be pressed for about 15 sec simultaneously, then I was able to stick that rom into my device. After that just a long pwr button hold (more than 30 sec) and its done, ITS ALIVE again.

How to Root Redmi Note 3 on MIUI 7.3.2.0 ? Just 2 Days Ago I Unlocked my Bootloader by the Official Method (via Mi Unlock Tool). Now if I Flash the Official TWRP-3.0.2.2-kenzo and then by TWRP if I Flash SuperSU v2.65 will this Root my device or I need to Flash Anything more.

I did the same but I waited at 'patching system image unconditionally ' and after a minute or two the zip file installed and it worked fine for me.
