thanks of rthe video, very helpful. once i got that red clip moved with the clip, i still couldn't get the electrical connector off. i pushed and pulled on everything i could and it wouldn't budge. any tips? is there a specific place i'm supposed to be pushing on to get it to move?
When you start to upgrade components and programming on these engines and the injector pulse duration increases you are less likely to have as large of a fuel pressure drop at the rail with this pump

Sometimes you can use a small pick and unclasp the latch on the plug from the other side of the plug
What if you don’t have the tool to open the retaining nut
Have you had any issues after the upgrade??
So far it’s been perfect
Do you have any knowledge if this fixes a leaky fuel pump?
I’m not too sure about that one
So this is all that’s needed other than full bolt on for stage 2+?
Yeah, depending on the particular tune you are using, with us we seen the rail pressure start to drop at high load during logging
Thanks for the video and the shorts with tips. 🤗
I’m glad you like them
What's the benefit of this pump over the OEM one?

Any changes in your mpg?
Nope
It increases 50% more fuel to your engine than the factory one
Do you have a link to the tool you used @5:25 to compress the spring? Thanks.
amzn.to/3twiPm0 that’s a affiliate link to the kit that the tool came out of
@@EuropeanAutoRepair awesome thanks!!
you weren't worried about damaging the piston in the Viess when reinstalling the valve keepers🤷♂️ I'm doing this job tomorrow
You just have to be careful, not as easy to damage as you would think
