As @santiagobenites said below; before me, a "powerhouse" is right on the money.
Without stating the obvious, but I'm going to say it anyway (lol), the way Kristen is able to stay almost metronomic, even on the drops going uphill(!!) with barely minimal upper body movement is just incredible. Her fixed TT position on that road bike is phenomenal 🙂Go Kristen!!
