2007 World Table Tennis Championships, Zagreb, HRV, May 21 - May 27. Men's Singles Semifinal.
王励勤不是最有天赋的运动员(手感不算太好),但是大力比较少失误,比赛中冷静执行战略战术,打球还是有味道的。
I'm amazed at how well Ryu chopped with a Penhold style.
Amazing match. Great Rallys! 5 stars
it is more interest than morden table tennis
great match
puréeeeeeeee quel match c'est un truc de fou :-D
9:50 Ryu jump...then Wang Liqin
It's been a while since I've seen Ryu play at that level. He just can't do it anymore. Don't know if it's his equipment or his practice schedule, but he's in a free fall where world ranking is concerned.
@Mythyrian its the speed glue ban i think
Amazing. =)
@Mythyrian without speed glue, the racket lacks in power and Ryu's game is based in power or speed. After the speed glue era all rackets lost a lots of power and gained much control. That's why Ryu's forhand loops arent that effectiv as it was back in the days. If theres is a rubber with the same speed like in the speed glue time, ryu would play like in this match...
what's the sound on 7:35???!:D
This sound is very dengerous.
Lol, did you mean to point out how he threw his blade?:P
Lol, funny XD
One of the best matches I have ever seen.
Do you mean movement? Becasue he had the best footwork!
9:50 - 51 haha
I always admire Ryu's spirit and determination. Bravo!
LMAO I love the shouting game between these two. Best two forehands....
Somedays Ryu seung min was in the top5
wanq liquin at his prime
epic match!!!
Hoda hoda hoda
@TTPokemonLover yup. Look at Liqin's game he too has fallen short of his rankings. He has a lot of talent so he can stay in the top 10, but the #1 spot is pretty much impossible without his speed glue.
@Mythyrian not his equipment or practising he's just too old.
Chinnese player are the best of the best in the world .(Y)(Y)
wanq liquin at his prime
sounds more like the legendary pig xD
its the sound of the legendary lion
legendary pig sound hahahahaha
Did Ryu ever beat him? God he tried. Both played brilliantly, as in the team championship the year before.
Ryu beat Wang quite a few times, off the top of my head he beat him in the 2007 World Cup, 2007 Slovenian Open (in straight games), then once in some club league in Japan. Ryu seemed to like playing against Wang's very offensive style from the forehand, you will notice that most of their games end up going to the last set.
