a journey I am embarking on by ‪@YesTheory‬ x ‪@creatornow‬ to leave my creative comfort zone, and invite serendipity into my life.
PROJECT 30 - DAY 17
WHAT IS PROJECT 30: A challenge where you upload 30 videos, in 30 days, to invite serendipity into your life!
my personal approach for project 30 is not just the goal of 30 videos, but to take it as a lifestyle challenge as well. because this is going to be my first true undertaking to being a full-time creator, I want to ensure that I build a sustainable creative lifestyle.
MY RULES FOR PROJECT 30:
daily essential habits to lead a creative lifestyle: journal (morning pages), move your body, eat clean, stay hydrated, cold showers, get out every day
invite serendipity: have (at least) one meaningful conversation with a total stranger every day
practice intentionality: think about and get clear about your WHY…why you like something, why something stands out to you, why you changed your mind, why you do what you do.
find extraordinary in the ordinary, seek expand your perspective and broaden your taste.
seek experiences outside of your comfort zone, and share them in a meaningful way to others.
… and of course, successfully create and upload one video a day, for 30 days straight.
