Criticizing government for its bad decision is necessary. But we have to appreciate its success as well. We should celebrate India's position in world in today's competitive and war prone era.

But I don't think he was talking about loosing objectivity, considering what I saw in the video. I feel what he meant was "if you see something wrong happening around you, and you still choose to be Quiet (refering that approach as neutral), so you also subconsciously contribute to it, as you choose to let it spread. So Speak up. Your voice does make a difference" This is what I understood from that video.
