I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Mark Pope’s heart is in KY and Coach Popes mind is on UK. It’s evident when you have the greatest shooter in the country happy to come off the bench and do his part, I love the min/max style of play and I think it’s suits these boys well. Minimizing risk, overexertion, and errors and maximizing each players peak performance minutes on both sides of the court, it’s winning basketball and how a program like UK should be ran. Imagine if these guys had a few more years to play together, we’re 5 games in and nowhere near our potential, the sky’s the limit for these Cats!
@zachm.6572 yeah, I heard that alabama last year hired a data analyst at one point and broke everything down so they could figure out what they need to work on and certain aspects of the game to win. I'm pretty sure Coach Pope is doing the same thing, I heard something about it. He's updated to the times in every way.
I love what Coach Pope has done with our program to this point. He hand picked some great young men who really cares about the front of the jersey rather than the name on the back. There all very well spoken and humble. In Pope we trust. Now we need to bring another Coach home in Coach Sumerall to bring glory back to the football program.

This young man is a humble person, Coach Pope has picked the best players for the university...
It's crazy how different it is now than the Calipari era, it's a completely different philosophy.
I like that Pope applies data.

Love Coach Pope and this team
Best three point shooter in the nation, can’t believe UConn chose Aidan Mahaney over Koby Brea I’m not complaining though
Kobe CHOSE Kentucky. He transferred. He had a choice of where he went. All the blue bloods wanted him and he chose Kentucky.
