I am so glad you have brought a C7 into the mix. Not to overshadow any of the other castings but the C7 has been overlooked for a while now. That wagon is awesome, too! And bring on those imports!
I think it’s because no brand has done an accurate version of the C7. Hot wheels and mbx are just inconsistent, they’re too big and the tomica ZR1 is a little bit small.
@@wyattdavis1292 I sing your praises and send folks to you from different social media. Truly “one of the greats” in diecast collection in my opinion. To anyone reading, his sites are always up to date, simple to use but incredibly thorough for the collector to utilize.
@@mattbrown2781 Thank you so much for the kind words! I really enjoy being able to contribute to the hobby like I do. You can also thank the great staff at Round2 for their support for jlcollector and awcollector.
Man, I wasn't expecting you guys ever producing my truck (2005 Silverado). I bought mine new and still driving it today. Just the other day, I was thinking how cool it would be to have a diecast of it.
I really like you guys showing Pontiac some love. I'd love to see some modern Pontiac castings like the Pontiac G8, GTO and the rare Solstice GXP Coupe.
Great variety of castings. It has been a while since you added to Land Yachts/Luxury Cruisers 1:64 line in Auto World. Hoping for Toronado, Riviera or Chrysler Imperial. I realize almost all muscle cars are done, but always hoped for a 1964 GTO. NOBODY has done it in true 1:64 and it deserves to be out there. Last, a Nash Healey (Superman's car in original TV series), a Rambler American fron 3rd Rock from the Sun or a true 1:64 Nash Metropolitan would be a challenging but rewarding project. Thanks
be cool to see some base line cars from the 60s and 70s. like a sleeper line. base trim 4 door cars like the one in white lighting with Burt. then the 1967-1972 and 1980-1986 crewcabs, supercabs, regular cabs, f series pickups. so excited to get some of these. i remember my dad getting his first and only new truck when i had just turned 6 years old. it let me drive it the next day to feed cows it was awesome. he put it in granny gear and he jumped on the back of the pickup loaded with hay and feed the cows while i stood on the seat and drove around the field. still have the truck and have had alot of memories with my dad this this truck. It was a 1985 ford f 250 4x4 long box regular cab diesel with the explorer package. then the first truck my dad got for me so i would stop taking his truck to school lol was a rare 1967 ford f 250 2x4 crewcab which their was only 8 for that year and i still have it to. THANKS all you guys at round2 for making life just that more fun. sorry that was long just wanted to tell you alittle bit about what memories you guys have brought back to me.
Finally a Dodge ram pickup goes perfectly with my Chevy Silverados and F-150 pickups the Dodge chargers are a masterpiece great add-on with the challengers . I like autoworld more than greenlight.
Overall pretty good. One idea - for the JL tools (and maybe the AWs) tool separate AW bases so they can be in both lines. The Monte Carlo and Ranger that were done for JL don't look quite right with the wide tires but with a new base you could slot into the AW line.
Love the fact you guys aren't above tweaking a tooling if it doesn't sit well - pretty stout. I want the Chrysler Conquest/Starions. I had the Tsi back then- tons o' fun. 👀
Great updates and nice work. I sure do wish the hood hinges could be altered and improved to HIGHWAY 61 levels. Also, how ‘bout a righteous ‘ROCKFORD FILES’ Firebird and GMC PICKUP?
1st generation DSM's?! Finally! FINALLY!!!! The Ventura Goat is fantastic to finally see, as well as the Cat-Eye 'rado. We're hopefully getting closer and closer to the day a proper release of my first gen CTS-V happens, and cult classics like the Neon SRT-4, GLHS, Escort GT and others. Can't wait!
I always wondered why you guys never did the 1970 impala front on the 1969 kingswood but you have now. But I also have really really wondered why you haven't used the 1970 impala body and make a 1969 impala coupe and convertible I would think you just need to change the grill and rear bumper. I know you have the Johnny lightning 69 impala but it doesn't seem to be true 1:64 or even detailed as good as the Autoworld stuff which everyone loves.👍👍👍👍👍 Also we need the 1979 -1988 Cadillac Coupe DeVille and the 1993 -96 Cadillac Fleetwood along with all the years of impala and the best one yet the (1976 caprice) not impala. CAPRICE. Thanks for the video update. I can't wait until all this stuff is out.💪😉👍
The only other changes you may want to do for the 1972 GS is the air cleaner is different than the 1970. The drivers side ram air intake is triangular. Rear bumper is also different with rubber strips around the lenses (which are different than 1970 as well) . Front bumper has rubber bump strips too.
Great to see the 1:64 Chevy and Dodge castings!! Specially for the Corvette C7, the only one premium casting now! Your C6 is one My favorites in the collection, same with the Hennessey Camaro, please make this new with plastic headlights
Thank you so much for finally bringing a new ram truck to auto world 1:64. I would like to suggest if possible could you bring the square body dodge front the early 80's to 93 to 1:64. So many options there just like the square body chevys. Also the 1:18 scale dodge truck is awesome as a sweptline and the other mopars that you are tooling also are great. Can't wait. Keep up the great work.
That new dodge casting looks great hope we get a trx setup and was that a 01 I saw on that charger? 👀 I’d love a general lee. Also you guys should give the late 70s-80s fords the same treatment as the square body’s like the dent sides and bull noses to go side by side with the chevys
I'm still holding out for some beautiful Mopar additions to your Luxury Muscle and Muscle Wagons line. You know 70's 300's, New Yorker, Imperial, Cordoba Royal Monaco, Magnum XE.
Its great to see the cars/trucks not in the packaging, you get a much better feel of what the cars like. Its like having a car and never opening it, you miss out on half of the pleasure and detail. The voyager and Celica are my favs, but lots of good cars coming, thanks.
Tony/ for the 1/64th scale talon/eclipse, you can capture the Plymouth laser version too! I special ordered in 89 as the 90 version and turbo 5 speed and it was a rocket
Wow these are awesome, I’m going to have to get those Subarus and Toyotas! Please make a 2013-14 mustang! But, please revise the roof line, the windows appear a tad big! You guys are doing a killer job like always!
Please can you guys tool and make the 1980-1983 Dodge Mirada and Chrysler Cordoba. The last of the 2 door Malaise era mopars. It’s something that has never been made besides Hotwheels doing a mirada race car in the 80s. I mean come on you guys did the Caravan and the late 70s Monte Carlo…. Do the Mopar world a favor!
Very nice updates. I am happy that AM finally addressed the front bumper on the Chevelle. The body was respectably well done for a 1990's cast, and the front bumper was a tripping point for it. The Buick was a bit better later on. Of course, it was well documented that Ertl and others discovered the potential of 1:18 scale, and collectors were able to see outstanding diecasts in the years that followed. AM needs to consider to take a plunge again for an all new 1:18 diecast mold. We are sorely missing an early Buick GS, an early '62-'63 Impala SS, and a few others across the board. Nice updates and new tooling. Would love to see more wagons and 4 door cars and maybe a 64th scale motorcycle 🤔. Thanks for sharing and have a great day.
JL Trailers rock, the dolly is super. Ha, good friend back in 80's had a gold 74 GTO. Good work on 80 Camaro, hope to someday see Anyone make 1972-5 OPEL MANTA. And with trucks, a 70's square body Chevy six pack crew cab, which could become a Suburban later on. In 1/18, as an owner of one I would say add the gap between grille base and bumper top on your retooling of 70 Chevelle. There is a setback fillet panel there. Bigger issue is the headlight bezels are not round, they widen at top, and light is set back, with surround of both lights is flat on top. Great attention on the rework!
What would be great if you folks would do 1972 to 74 Plymouth 'cuda & Dodge Challenger in all scales, with the 1984 to 86 Chrysler Laser's & Dodge Daytona's in all scales, and 1980's into early 1990's Mopars too, including Daytona LeBaron, Shadow/Sundance, Horizon/Omni in all scales.
Could y'all make a 1:64 scale 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP? The 2004-2008 Grand Prix has never had a 1:64 casting (unless you count some NASCAR stock cars... which I don't count). I'd love to own a 1:64 scale version of my old car in Stealth Gray Metallic. I'd also love to see y'all bring back the '93-'97 Camaro Z28 casting and make one in Bright Purple Metallic.
Be nice to see some 1957-1960, 1967-1972, 1980-1986, 1992-1996, 2021- ford f series pickup . long box , short box, Regular cab, super cab, crews, step side, fleet side, flat bed, etc
Enjoyed seeing your new tooling ideas. One quick note about your 1981 Z28... it's missing the rubberized ground effect piece that mounts forward of the rear wheels and right behind the doors. It's a small detail but it would add to the authentic look.
How about starting a "last of the line series". For example a 1966 Studebaker Cruiser, 1983 Chrysler Imperial , 1975 Bricklin Sv1. I'm glad to see a decent Eagle Talon is now being produced.
It would be cool to see some short bed kustom vans from the 70's in either scale. The 1/18th's could have opening side and or rear doors to show the kustom interiors. Also a SALEEN Fox body would be REALLY cool!
Also, that Mitsubishi 3000GT looks amazing! Since y'all are dabbling in non-domestic makes, what are the odds of a 2021 Hyundai Sonata N-Line? There aren't any diecast cars of this car in ANY size, and it'd be amazing to see y'all replicate the amazing looking wheels that come on these sporty sedans.
Wow, a '72 Plymouth Roadrunner, Sweeeett!!! How 'bout a '73 Plymouth Roadrunner in 1:18!!! Round 2, you Guys are doing a Helluva great job producing cars of yesteryear!!! Mopar Nate Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
What ever happened to the classic cars of 1950s 1960s and 1970s? I like that you added some 1990s Chevy trucks and 2022 Dodge Ram but there are other cars you guys are missing out on.
YES! FINALLY a 1980/1981 Camaro Z28!!! I would love to see it in the premium line with the rubber tires and all that.
Love that you are offering the ‘74 GTO AND Ventura!
I am so glad you have brought a C7 into the mix. Not to overshadow any of the other castings but the C7 has been overlooked for a while now. That wagon is awesome, too! And bring on those imports!

In 1/18, as an owner of one I would say add the gap between grille base and bumper top on your retooling of 70 Chevelle. There is a setback fillet panel there.
