Shilpaji, Just a Small Update Our Healthy November Motivation has helped me a lot, Since last Month I had started to wake up early @ 5.15 am and Just Go for a One Hour Run approx 7-8 kms alternate days. Thank You So Much For Motivating. It has made a difference 🙏🙌
We had parents sports day in my daughter's school. We both participated in that...fir do din jo body pain hua.....vaat lag gai..this shows how our lifestyle has diluted our stamina....

Yaar weekend waise slow and steady hi hota hay always chill kerne ke leye... so lazy wals scene is fine... but han if you dont sleep up to a certain time daily toh your body starts reacting and then ye sleepless hona or chir chira hona is a tantrum your brain is signaling... so routine improve kero pls. Yes gee yehe swining sb desi logon ke maan baap ne kerwaya hay apne bachon ko, and humaray toh saath ye bhee sing kerte thay "Jhoo Jhoo Jhotay, Mamun Motay..." ☺️ @Shilpa yaar mere toh one month se ab tight wali intermittent start hay one meal (early dinner by 6pm) a day 6 days of a week rest of the time I drink alot of water but intentionally dont keep water next to my work space, is se faida ye hota hay as soon as my one glass finishes i try and walk to water station to refill, this helps in more walk. Treadmill is not my type, but han due to your weather its understandable, but one suggestion dont run on it, it will damage your knees real quick... brisk walk is sufficient. I do 30 mins walk after morning prayer before sunrise outside and 5 mins light exercises and then 30 mins walk in evening... already lost 10 lbs 😍... lagay raho Munna bhai 😉

Hi Shilpa I disagree with you it makes a huge impact when a loved departs. What happenes is over time we learn how to adjust and adapt with them but we continue to remember them on good days and bads days. My dad passed away 2017 and his birthday falls on Dec 31st and we always celebrated together now we celebrate him and miss him loads.
