How about Executive MBA sir? We don't need to prepare CAT / GMAT. But still having work experience of 4 years and would like to develop my knowledge in management. Can I get your opinion on this also please?
In my opinion, Executive MBA will be too fast to grasp and retain knowledge. May be someone who actually did Executive MBA might be a better person to comment on that.
I did an Executive MBA...yes as sir told...topics that will be covered in typical 2 years mba will be covered in 1 year...so very busy schedules...classes for 6 days a week for 1 year...Again executive MBA is good only if you do from IIM or ISB, MDI through cat or gmat..or foreign ivy leagues through gmat...other don't even try...adhuyelyum top marks base panni salary like class top 1 pc, top 5 pc, top 10 pc, top 20 pc ku salary vary aagum...again competition during placements...but all minimum 20 lakhs per annum.... definitely can become VP of top companies...other colleges la padicha only average companies la job kedaikum, also you will work under them, not with them...there is a difference...plz talk to career counceller before taking a decision...you can find online...or ping me...

Also there is a lack of time to study due to work and other personal works. Now I am in dilemma whether to continue another year paying the fees or drop out and with a loss of One year fees. Wish I had the clarity before joining MBA. My suggestion to any new MBA aspirants is don't go online MBA unless you are fully aware of the pros and cons of the program.

After reading & ensuring no one else had the same query. Here is my question brother, am 18+ yrs experienced at 40 in US in NC. Is it still valid/worthy doing an MBA from renounced college like Duke/NC State/ UNC ? At either our own expense or with subsidies from organizations?
Regardless of age, like I mentioned in the episode, MBA is a tool. It's worth comes from how we use it. Not from getting the degree. Could be helpful, both personally and also in career, if used wisely. You have to ask the question of, whether you can take advantage of the knowledge from MBA. If yes, go for it. If you are not sure, then may be not worth spending the money. Better to get the same knowledge from self learning. One thing I can tell you is, the paper degree from these universities is not going to be of much use. It will be helpful only for the freshers who are trying to market them to corporates. Not for experienced folks.
