The things Julia was using are called the “ Pencil stamp pencils” ( or at least that’s what WE call them at OUR art class) they help a lot! Especially when your sketching so that your pencil shading can get blended easily and it gives a really cool effect in the sketch with helps in making it look more realistic!
They were called paper stomps at the art school I went to and everyone would always pretend they were blunts of course lol.
