    I like your techniques to build foot control, which I believe is the foundation for everything else. Thank you for this video, George.

    The most honest tutorial I've seen. Other tutorials made it looked like you won't break a sweat while trying to learn.

    You are not kidding. After 15 mins of training outside, I was dead tired, out of breath, sweating heavy. I was done till the next time.

    I'm definitely gonna have to use my weak leg, cos there's no way I can jolt and bang my weak knee the way you are (replacement knee)

    Try using a long pole while one person standing in middle with rider circling.

    Hello mate. Watching your videos has made me want to venture into this EUC world and i want to learn now. I don't have any experience on any balance wheels before but determine to learn and i am fast learner. My question is which EUC will recommend I start learning with since i will most definitely scratch it alot. And i am quite a heavy guy. I weigh almost 100kg and i am 6'2ft tall. But i want an affordable euc i can buy to start learning before buying a powerful one after i know how to ride it properly. Thanks very much.

    • @GoGeorge
      @GoGeorge  3 года назад +2

      i would suggest getting any used euc you can for a cheap price. if you want to start with something new i would suggest an inmotion v8 or begode mcm5 as the minimum an adult should try to learn on. but if you can find a used kingsong or a v10 or msx go with that to start. be sure the wheel comes from either Kingsong , inmotion , or gotway/begode . those are the only 3 companies with wheels worth riding (besides the veteran sherman but that is not a starter wheel)

    George, do you do any training or workout outside your EUC sessions? Like running on a treadmill for example. What workout would you recommend to compensate EUR riding (meaning, things you do not exercise while EUCing like cardio)? Thanks mate!

    • @GoGeorge
      @GoGeorge  3 года назад +3

      Not really, i play in a mens softball league so i do run a little and play infield so o get some lateral movement excercise as well. I also have a flight of about 15-20 stairs i travel up and down 20 times a day lol but thats about it. Honestly offroad riding the v11 is a great workout to, i always work up a good swet ripping through the woods jumping bumping ducking and weaving around

      @@BestAudiovisualTricks 💪😋. I do definitely plan on making an euc specific strength training video. I believe deeply that a huge portion of the learning process is just building the necessary strength 👍

    WEAR A HELMET !!! - Anyone who claims to have a thousand miles experience and doesn’t first stress the importance of safety gear (helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads and knee pads) is lying to you and putting you at risk. I know a person who died right in front of his young daughter from a head injury when going less than 5 mph - be safe rather than sorry!

    • @GoGeorge
      @GoGeorge  2 года назад +1

      While i agree safety gear is important, and you will see i have full gear in most of my videos. We also all need to have a certain level of risk tolerance. Acting like riding a unicycle without a helmet is deadly is just fear mongering for no reason. Everyone should gear up, but that doesnt mean you cant ride 20 feet without a helmet on. People have drowned in a glass of water and slupped and died in the shower. Freak accidents do happen but you cant live life in fesr of them
