I recently advised a friend of mine to get one of these and stop worrying about cartridges. Interestingly, his kids are the ones that enjoy the printer the most because dad now lets them print freely, and they have turned their bedroom to a collage of photos. They are already on their 4th yellow bottle; the other colors don't seem to go down so easily :) Epson did the right thing with Ecotank.
So, so frustrating. I am creating my own comparison chart. Epson (and all the other manufacturers) must think we are really interested in print speed, paper tray capacity, LCD display size, and copying/faxing. What would *I* like to hear about? Print quality! You know, the one thing I need it for? *headdesk*
@@epsonamerica The 800# is useful information. Thank you. I wish I could have found it on your website hours ago when I started trying to sort out which Epson printer would be best for me. And now it's 5:56PM on Friday. Awesome. :-(
Epson, provide an EcoTank printer (Not EcoTank Pro) for a reasonable price that can auto duplex copies and FAXs, and you got yourself a buyer. It mystifies me that this feature, that has been available for years, is not included in the present lineup.

I’m going to purchase one just because of this commercial. She’s awesome and a no nonsense gimmick commercial for once.
This video did absolutely nothing to compare the different models for me. I want features and stats, not fluff.

Just trying to figure out what the numbers mean... There are so many 'Ecotank' versions and I can't find a clear overview.
