I appreciate, I do, the effort to bring toning to the masses. Yet the constant octave difference of the male toning, as a musician and singer, frustrates me. F# above middle C, and B above middle C, are actually heard an octave above the sung tone on this video. The piano tones it, and then the male voice sings it an octave lower. Let's be clear on our toning, shall we? Thank you.

I have to also, being a low baritone. I have to shout to hit F# above middle c. Shouting is not real conducive to meditation..
Harmonics are fine, key isn't so important (I've found) it's the vowel sound that is key

I use them during meditation, whatever aspect of my "spiritual self" I am working on usually (in conjunction with the 7 sounds for each energy centre). Sometimes it'll be a meditation that solely involves chants - whatever you feel like 2bh
If the Bible was originally written in Hebrew and Greek...yet these American English vowel sounds heal by balancing energy frequencies within the body, what do other foreign speaking people use? Do they use these same vowel tones?
well those are ancient aramaic languages , where all languages first came from - the resonance can be found through many different ways but all produce the same frequency .
It was in Aramaic, then Greek, then Latin. Hence many mistakes.
