If you are sure with clat then the arts will be the best stream (history, political, eco/geo and language) if you are in 11th Or 12th so it's not late any how manage to give clat 3hrs of the day , the most important thing is to be consistent . No, they will not reduce marks... but u should submit the projects before your Pre boards or pre board-2 (If you r in 10th)
