    Great video. I made the salad last night and it was so tasty. BTW - It's not $2.80 cents anymore.

    I thank God for your video. I love this type of salad (healthier), but can't stand the standing and chopping, chopping, chopping. I don't have a Ninja, but I do have another lower priced brand of food processor, and it does have a pulse button. So, I pulled out my Kale that I just purchased (which was probably going to go bad), and other ingredients such as bell pepper, cucumber, purple onion. I dusted off my food processor which I hadn't used yet (Am I the only one that procrastinates to use new appliances, out of...fear?), and threw it all in. Pulse, pulse, pulse, and now I have a perfectly chopped salad! A bit of olive oil, some healthy seasonings and it rocked!!! Now I'm going to have this type of salad every day!! Question: How long would a chopped salad like this, without dressing stay ok in the refrigerator. Could I get away with 2 days? Make it Monday, and still eat it Wednesday?

    I have owned this product for about two years. I don't use it that much, specifically the 64 ounce food processor bowl. I went to use it today, trying to puree diced tomatoes. About 30 seconds into blending a soft food, the gears stripped out on the bowl. $43 to replace a product that shouldn't go bad so easily.
    I have always been a Shark/Ninja believer. I thought their products have been amazing, I own several. Now I will question when a new product comes out, and do my do diligence and research and read reviews before I even think about purchasing any of their new products.

    Does it look appetizing chopping it up like that. I would prefer to leave it whole than to chop it up.

    So basically you have to chop the veg then put them in there to shred it so it doesn’t chop

    What if you don’t have a food processor I just have a regular blender

    • @NinjaKitchenUS
      @NinjaKitchenUS  6 лет назад

      Hello Tyra, thank you so much for contacting SharkNinja. Unfortunately, this salad cannot be done using the blender itself without the correct processor bowl attachment. Feel free to contact us if you have any question.
      Have a great day,
      Vivian

      @@chrisf3379 'Nutrient dense greens' is not a description that passes for anyone but the author. It looks like rocket salad to me. If you are buying packets then look for purples.

    • @NinjaKitchenUS
      @NinjaKitchenUS  6 лет назад +2

      Hello Devra, there is a button on the lid that releases the handle on the lid for you to be able to pull the lid off.

      Uhh common sense duh !!! Remove the blade & pour ur salad on a plate or in a bowl ... Geez r u freaking serious ?!? SMH 🙄😒

    • @leslieslass
      @leslieslass 6 лет назад

      You take off the lid, then you take out the blade, (making sure that you handle it safely), then you empty the salad onto a dish. Easy peasy , lemon squeezy LOL :P :D

      Hmmm, if you have to ask, your should probably stay away from all spinny sharp thingz. Now, I truly know, prepackaged foods are not just for quick lunches in the workplace.

    Yummy!!! I just got Nutri Ninja as a gift from my son and I am just learning how to use it. That looks so good and so easy. I thought using this would be hard, but it doesn't look difficult. I can't wait to make this... I am hoping that using my Ninja will help me eat more healthy food and become healthier in the process. Thank you for these videos....:-))

    Fantastic recipe!
    I just put up a Fattoush Salad recipe which I think you'll want to try too.
    Check it out and let me know :) It's a middle eastern salad, and is packed with a whole lot of flavour. I first had it at a restaurant and then went on a crazy mission to replicate it (which I finally did!!)
