Looks great. How long do you grill? I usually grill 13/15 size shrimp for 7 minutes. But I’ve never made kabobs and wonder if the veggies will be tender in just 7 minutes. Can’t overcook the shrimp

Using the gas grill helps to regulate the temp so the vergi's cook but still have a little snap to them, I always char the kabobs slightly then move them to indirect heat to cook until tender. it's so hard to give an exact cook time on the shrimp...it all depends on how hot your grilling temp is. I hope you give it a try tho!!
