Yeah man I can see that, I mean you profile picture 😄 I shared the mod i used in the video description, i am able to add more friendly NPCs to the mission at any time, including Grunts, Spectres, Titans . . . mod gives you an in game menu like in Gmod to do that. I will soon make a stream where i will finish the entire campaign from start with extra friendly NPCs! I highly recommend doing that to everybody who loves Titanfall 2, because it is really fun and makes it worth playing the campaign again and agian. Sure i can, i am still testing it, there are Npcs even in multiplayer maps in this game so i made a private match and put a lot of Npcs, and after some amount, AI didn't seem to respond like in Skyrim. But that might not be the case for Campaign missions. Once i find a nice setup with some open area, i will make bigger battle with Grunts and Titans 🤖
Welcome to the channel :) So pilot NPCs are unfortunately scripted, they don't react to custom spawned NPCs, i played with them around and also asked about it in Titanfall Mods discord and it is not possible.
Also because we are on a moving ship on that mission, I can't properly controll the camera, but if it was possible it is a great mission for a video. I mean the only mission I can make a pilot vs other NPCs is that mission since I can't spawn them.

I have a question I’m probably just thinking to hard about this but do the spectres have the brains of IMC Soldiers in them like the simulacrum
Spectres are just automated infantry. Nothing but machines. Nothing human's been uploaded into them whatsoever.
