Try to use the "disable resample" option to take away the motion blur of the gun when running and such. I think it looks better. You can do it by right clicking the video in sony vegas and then just selecting "disable resample." Just a tip. Good video too. Nice kills.

When clips mess up like the one in this vid its usually dropped frames which is caused by the comp being busy.
