Hi Raoul...
Was the trunk script bmf under paint one piece?...my last attempt i could see edges under the paint, as i cut around each letter.

Yes. I do the foil as one piece now under paint. That still happens from polishing but you can sometimes touch it up. When I cut each letter out. I have had some pull the foil off during polishing.
