Balancing Notrump 4.15.24

When we are in the balancing seat, we usually add three points to our hand (and partner subtracts three points from their hand). But if our overcall is notrump, we do not transfer the points and instead bid a "balancing notrump". The balancing notrump is used in both Standard American and 2 over 1 bidding systems.
