Can't express how much I love Luxia's podcast and her views at the world. Even outside the coffee theme (I'm just a coffee-drinker, not a producer or whoever), it helped me to dive into fermantation (experimenting with kombucha and making compost in an apartement). Thank you for this series, I'm glad that I can see it, share it and collect all the precious information
I've been watching your videos since the Barista series. I've enjoyed the funny ones like the "everclear coffee" video and the serious ones like this. I now use an Origami pour over brewer from Slow Pour because of your recommendation. I loved the Koffee Kat videos, and I love the Roaster Kat videos. You always put out quality. Thank you for all the years of good stuff.
Awesome! Thank you so much for watching and following along for all the videos. I’m glad you’re enjoying the variety because I love making all the types of videos as well. Thank you thank you!
Thanks much! Yeah I haven’t made videos in a little while as I’ve been focusing on my job, traveling, and my Instagram @roasterkat but I do hope to make more videos soon

Thanks so much! Glad you’re getting into fermentation, even outside of coffee. It’s a fun world! Enjoy.

Did you use salt with iodine or iodine free salt for the lactic fermentation?
This is a great question and i speak specifically about this in the video at the point we add the salt!
They do say you can pickle pretty much anything..
What is your process for low acid coffee ?
I don’t quite understand your question. What do you mean by low acid coffee?
