Cześć, mam do ciebie takie pytanie.
My clickbox when in 3 gear stays on 90degree angle to the line that is on the cap, so there is no way i can bring it to the line with adjusting. Any solution for that?
You need to adjust the cable length. If you are lucky then the cable needs to be shortened. Otherwise you need either a longer cable or a shorter housing (if frame geometry allows it).
On that particular model, unfortunately. There were older designs by Sachs which had several screws in the bottom, and nowadays Sturmey Archer produce their own shifters for the discontinued Sram/Sachs hubs which work very well and also have screws in the casing again.
At 4:11 I am absolutely unable to push the clickbox all the way. It stops halfway, before the red part is entirely engaged into the clickbox like it should. I have no idea what's stopping the clickbox. I've changed the gear to "1" and also tried to push the little metal part that's protruding inside the clickbox, thinking it might be in the way of the pin. I didn't manage to push it away and I still don't manage to push the clickbox into position. I can't see shit in that stupid system. I don't understand how the parts are supposed to move or be aligned inside, so I can't fix my problem.
Thanks! Followed your moves and got it running great again!
Great, glad to hear it ☺️
Bardzo dziękuję! filmik mocno pomógł w regulacji mojej przerzutki :)
Bardzo sie ciesze 😉
Pozdrawiam

you have to cut through the plastic to service it?

What lubrication are you using?
I guess it’s hub grease. But any good grease will do.

Same problem.
Hate this shifter 😆
SRAM p5 or s7 clickbox is faulty design, too much plastic, not durable enough, easy to fall out.
Exactly, true bro
In Some types of drivetrain i think shimano is better and easier to adjust and. Montage
This is not repairing but just maintenance. By the way, do you know how to use a sharp knife?
