I have to sit with his music for awhile and just pick everything apart and let it piece itself back together-and then I’m in love with it. I think it’s the classical influences-the ornamentation around the main theme-just wild and beautiful. I’m becoming a massive BigBrev fan. I just love his voice. Mortius, I’d love to see you react to his new release, Boots. I’m NOT into country music (with very few exceptions) but DAMN that man’s voice just slays me-I think he could even do death metal and I’d love it. So far I’ve loved everything I’ve heard. Ummm, I hate to be technical, but if Tomi was grasping anything, which he wasn't, but that would be the triceps. However, the talent and range of these wonderful gentlemen is totally unfair. I'm not saying anything bad, just a little jealous.
It was.......okay. Just not my "cup of tea". I honestly prefer their original style (acapella, little or no instruments). But to each their own. As you said, they are extremely talented and are deserving of a (hopefully) bright future ahead, regardless if they continue with this "pseudo acapella" style I think you called it, or go back to the more true acapella style that originally blew me away.
Unfortunately Voiceplay’s version of this song is not one of my favourites, in fact I’ve only listened to it once and I very nearly stopped it when J none started rapping. My favourite is the original, then the duo and trio versions, then bass gang.

Brev is an absolute beast. Not only is his range impressive for such a deep bass but just his presence and control with every note is insane.

Funny how tomi is my favourite singer and this is my favourite TBG song and I had no clue Tomi arranged it until i checked so it's not even bias
