It's definitely harder to gain lightning resistance than explosion resistance as lightning hits your organs and brain explosions are essentially blunt force trauma and burns and lighting burns worse anyway

Humans are made up of negatively charged atoms. and electricity is formed when a negatively charged particle comes into contact with positively charged particles.
