Solving the DMOJ.ca 3pt problem 'Lower case' in Python - Easy beginner problem.

This is a workthrough of the 3pt problem 'Lower case' from DMOJ. It's useful because it covers some loop basics and also getting inputs and doing an action on those inputs.
