About Abraham Hicks: Esther Hicks is an inspirational author and speaker, who along with her husband Jerry Hicks, have been presenting Law of Attraction workshops since 1987. As a part of Abraham-Hicks Publications, they published a best-selling book in 2005 called "Ask and It is Given". In addition, they have published numerous Mew York Times Best-sellers.
Esther has translated blocks of thought from "Non-Physical Source Energy" - which is sometimes called your "Inner Being" or "Soul”. For simplicity sake, this collective consciousness comes in the form of spiritually uplifting teachings - from a source which refer to themselves in the plural as "Abraham”. She didnt say this is to help you sleep. This is to support you in being in alignment. If you need to take Ambien or a warm glass of milk to fall asleep, that's on you. Look for the good in it. Follow your bliss. Wow, stating what you dont like is totally contradictory to being in alignment. It's the absence of the feeling you do want. Shift your focus OR if it doesnt work for you at that time, utilize it at a time when it does. So simple.

This is to listen to before bed. Doesnt mean hit play to sleep. Your also supposed to be at lower volume and zone into the tone. Meditation is the key. Doesnt need to be told you prefer it for morning, that's unnecessary feedback and shows no appreciation of others hard work. You won't agree with all things in life but not all thing need ignorance. Thank you for the video. It eases stress and calms the mind and my husband and i both play it before bed ♡ namaste

While this is a wonderful piece to listen to it is definitely not something to listen to before bedtime as it is way, way too stimulating. This is a morning exercise and definitely not something to listen to before bedtime.

Nice but can be more suitable for night time meditation if Esther can slow down in speed and speak in calmer voice.
My energy is so drained and my head hurts, that I needed this. I need a recharge. If only I can be knocked out for a good 12 hours.
