Charger is feed supply to the battery. The calprit is silent battery and it's construction technology, Insulation and BMS. As on now the battery's has no pressure sensor to find gas pressure build up inside the chemistry. BMS depends only on voltage and temperature sensor to control the battery. There is no mechanism to isolate the defective cells except gas vent. Any fault in BMS ,insulation failure or battery failure is the root cause of fire. Right now there is no fire extinguisher is available to quench the fire.

Dealers need to educate customers on vehicle maintenance.
Users need to understand how to charge their vehicles properly, the plug point lose connection, importance of good earthing, and the need for stabilizers etc.
Fire accident Will happen only during charging only or it might happen even while without charging also. Pl clarify

Bro, blaming the Charger is a fake reason lame excuse from manufacturers... Only BMS, which is part of battery is the only reason. for battery blast.

Bro it depends on how our area current fluctuations. If it is more then charger gets affected and battery bms as well

Don't blame charge 😂it's full of battery thermal issue
If you say charger not problem then company should not report the charger problem for fire accident. Also charger could impact bms which leads to battery problems.
