My take was that he was offended that someone was making a mockery of their strength training. He wasn't intimidated, he wanted him to gtfo with the jokes. Once Anatoly proved he clearly takes it seriously despite the gag, the whole vibe changed and the guy was no longer aggressive. It sucks when someone laughs at your struggles, which is what was going on here at first glance. Anatoly showed he struggled the same and became a brother.

I did the maths, Tungsten has a density of roughly 19.25g/cm^3
And with the the volume of a water 1L bottle being 1000cm^3
If you filled the water bottle with tungsten it would weight 19.25kg, so it is possible, but it is also expensive as tungsten costs roughly $300 per kilogram 300*19.25 = $5,775 which is very expensive, so its technically possible but it would be a very expensive video idea!
Its too risky to fall on face or feet by a mistake .. never do that.

hes been training his whole life if youve watche dother videos he started as a teenager out of makeshift weights and is or was a powerlifting champion.. he also doesnt have the burden of a huge body like bodybuilders deal with

You don't get the big muscles this way, but hight immediate strength output.
The cost with strength training is often longer rest times and high CNS load.

@Cinnnyz An overabundance of muscle mass is tied to why a lot of bulked up guys have heart problems later in life, especially if they did steroids. When people age and naturally start losing that muscle mass, the byproducts of the breakdown contribute to hardening of the arteries. This doesn't occur so much with denser muscles. They don't break down as easily.
