Hello everyone!
Today's walk begins with a hike along the Eiserner Steg. This is pedestrion bridge that connects the center of Frankfurt Römer wirh the Sachsenhausen district.
The first wrought iron bridge was carried out at the expense of a share society of townspeople, which made it possible to build the bridge in a fairly quick time.
The Eiserner Steg is very popular not only among tourists, but also among Frankfurt residents.
This bridge is also called the "Bridge of Lovers",because on the bridge you can see many wedding locks. When entering the bridge from the Römer side,you can see signs indicating the critical water level in the Main River in Individual years.
Next we will follow the famous Römerberg, where you can always see many interesting moments.
This is favorite place for street performers to showcase their talents.
As always, the square is filled with tourists, but for city residents it is also a favorite walking place.
Our walk will then continue along Neue Kräme and end at the Zeil in the Hauptwache area.
